Everything went well, except that the puppy had Heart Murmur which nobody told us. She also has Giardia, which she is treated for 30 days. The murmur will be treated for a year, hope she'll grow out of it. It's costing a lot more $$$ than we planed for. We changed for name to Angel.
Very healthy puppy. Pawrade made sure we were a responsible family for the puppy. Transporters were great!

From the choice of the puppy, to her arrival home was great. At the beginning of the process I felt the invoicing was very confusing. After discussing the invoice (more the 3 phone calls), I finally got an email breaking down the invoice. When the puppy was picked up by the concierge delivery company, I was asked to download and follow the driver and would be able to commentate with driver. That never happened, I contacted Pawrade (Lori) which informed me that they have no way of contacting. I thought that is very strange. Someone should be able to at least get a message to and from the drivers. I was looking for an approximate window for arrival ( arrival was expected on Thursday and I requested window on Wednesday). Well Thursday 3:08 AM driver left a message on my phone (my phone auto turns off at 9 PM the night before). At 4 AM I just so happen to be awaken be a strange sound, I got up and something told me to check my phone. At 3:58 AM the driver left a message.

The entire experience with Pawrade was outstanding. Everything was very well organized and easy to follow from picking the puppy , payment, transportation, and delivery to or home. Of course, our puppy was the best thing about the process. She is healthy, vibrant, and more than we hoped for. I would highly recommend using Pawrade to anyone. If we should ever have the need to get a new pup, it will be through Pawrade. I just can't overemphasize how easy and seamless this whole experience was. They know how to do this, and their focus is on the customer and your puppy.

I just wanna thank Dan and Carli for all their help and support. From Day 1 up til our puppy got home they are always available and keeping us updated. We are so happy!! Our toy poodle Lychee (Emma), is so sweet and energetic!

The puppy is lovely and excellent quality - initial communication was great and fortunately i was able to continue to contact that person thru out as the next person was less communicative. Then there was an accident with the truck transporting the 24 puppies to their end destination...my pup is petrified of being in a crate and I can only assume it is because of being caged for 3 days in one...the end result was i did receive a lovely puppy - but the experience was laced with challenge -

My new puppy Millie is tremendous. She arrived potty trained which I didn't expect but truly appreciate. I am working on leash training right now and she is very receptive to that. She is absolutely perfect and so smart. Already going out to do all her business. She is eating good and plays hard and naps and sleeps through the night by our bed in her kennel and doesn't even soil. We carry her straight out and she does her business. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience.

Pawrade was a pleasure with whom to deal - responsible and responsive. We didn't want a very young puppy and were thrilled to find a four month old miniature poodle. I had a lot of questions for the breeder regarding the puppy's temperament, etc., and was able to speak with the breeder's assistant. I requested a video and measurements of our new pup so I could buy the right size collar and harness. These were provided. I enjoyed the experience, even though it was very different than my previous hands- on experience with selecting a puppy at a breeder's place of business. The nanny who flew with our new pup to Los Angeles was caring, calm, and responsible. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone seriously considering adopting a puppy. I've had dogs my entire life and still appreciated the information provided by Pawrade, which would be very important reading for a first time dog owner.

I purchased Aiden, now Brodie, was marketed as a Moyen size poodle. Breeder said stud was 10 lbs. and dam 40 lbs. anticipating this litter to be 30 lbs. Brodie arrived and was huge. He is estimated to be 45-52lbs instead! Although he is adorable I would have passed and looked for a different opportunity to purchase the size needed. There is a disclaimer for size but had the sire and dam been the sizes stated this pup would not be this large. In addition did ground transportation option and would never use it again. No transparency in the delivery and conditions. By the time Brodie got to me he had been traveling for 4 days ( and I live 6 hrs from Breeder) I asked how many pups were in the extended van being transported and the delivery personnel said in this trip 30! A likely opportunity for spreading illness let alone dehydration issues. This is not the first time I have used a broker service but certainly the last time I will use Pawrade.
The service to deliver my puppy was excellent. The communication the entire was was wonderful. You couldn't ask for better service!!!! Thank you for everything!!!

This was an overall positive experience. Our puppy arrived as per the arranged schedule and was in great shape - happy to greet us and get our of her travel crate. We received plenty of information about how to best treat our new arrival and multiple contacts and check-ins from Pawrade. Everything went very well.

Vet said puppy is underweight and a lot of deworming means she was in a dirty place. When she arrived she smelled so bad even though I bathed her my vet still smells her bad. But transaction was honest and transparent breeder followed the law but didn't take a good care of puppy. But I'm happy with puppy because she has so loving and sweet temperament.

The payment and shipment process are separate and do not communicate with eachother. Therefore delivery of said puppy was delayed. The check up vet indicated that the dog with probably be almost twice the size of either supposed parents making us wonder whether the breeder was giving us accurate information. The tail was docked too short. All said, the puppy was healty and lovely. However, I would not use this service again since I would rather use a local breeder so I could personally see the parents, conditions etc. This was a surprise gift which will work out in the end. If you need to find a puppy out of your local area, I guess this service works.

Very upset with pawrade I would not even give them one star. Dog arrived. I took her for her 72 hour check up immediately. She had tons of wax and poop in her ears. And she tested positive for giardia she is not on medication for that and quarantined for 8 weeks until we can get another test done. Several vet bills to say nothing of the fact that I have to quarantine her from other dogs at least for the eight weeks. This never should have happened. She should have been checked before she was delivered.
