i am very pleased with the way Mike and Zack took care of Abby and delivered her safely in good time. They kept me informed at several intervals on the trip. these are guys i would recommend. thanks for the safety of getting my puppy Abby to me

His name now is Ollie Douglas Sommerville. He did arrive on time but at 3am. He is very active. Love him so much. I have to get him potty trained. He did arrive with goopy eyes and his ear has a smell so he has an ear infection. Was a Friday very few Vet in my area couldn't get an appointment at any here. I will keep trying.

Jolene has been a welcome joy to our family! She's very loving & playful. We were concerned she might miss her parents & siblings but she attached herself to us right away. We met with the breeder three days ago to pick her up which went very smoothly thanks to all the help from Pawrade.
Hello, I loved how all the process was, it was super communicative, fast and direct, definitely will recommend to family and friends.
The process worked really well and everything happened as it was supposed to happen. She is here and the next big job is potty training! She is a very sweet girl! Thank you for doing a great job!

Do not buy a puppy from Pawrade. I purchased a puppy and two days after picking up the puppy she died. I was sold a very sick puppy. They do work with large commercial breeders and puppy mills! The entire experience was terrible and Pawrade refused to provide me with a refund. It was an eye opening experience. Your puppy does not go through extensive health checks, and the health guarantee is not even completed by the breeder. Pawrade has the final say and they will do whatever is necessary to not refund you. Do not purchase a puppy with this company. I have no trust in anything they market or promote. You will regret it. Find an in home breeder, your puppy will be born into a loving home and it will provide for a healthy happy puppy!

I wasn't happy at all my puppy was taken to 13 states before coming to me. Starting south and going backward up north and all over each state. My dog was traumatized when it got here. Because someone doesn't know how to do a proper route. The puppy does not look anything like the dog in the pictures. It's hair is super long matted it's ears smell and have mites. It's afraid of everything. How could they have never even been groomed. I was told it was socialized but absolutely not it afraid of everyone and everything. It's so skinny you can feel its ribs. I was told its tail was docked and it has a long tail. Nothing about this puppy was true everything I was told is a lie. It's a puppy mill baby my last dog was a red poodle. It came docked and groomed it had a whole care package and was an excellent dog. This puppy is a rip off no way it's a champion line it doesn't even look like a poodle. I would not recommend pawrade because you don't check these breeders you take there word.

I am beyond happy with my, as my son put it, “insanely cute,” three-month-old girl miniature poodle puppy, a red-brown ball of beautiful fluff with fur which feels (right now) like feathers. My transactions with Pawrade were always supported by a responsive person if need be. I want to register a particularly warm and grateful THANK YOU to nurturing Karen and her humorous husband, our transporters!! Our puppy arrived clean and in wonderful spirits. Karen's husband texted me along the way ( I didn't want to use the 360 location app) hilarious snippets like: All of the puppies settled down after dinner, toileting, and a wash-up, to watch “Old Yeller,” which they voted for vs. “Lassie, Come Home.” This married couple from southern Missouri were wonderful. They kept us well-informed. They were reassuring. They were delightful to talk to at the drop off. Our puppy showed a bit of agitation as Karen was about to leave. K hugged her. Puppy kissed K. I became “Mom” immediately.

My husband was on line looking up Poodles and your website was the best with details and plan not shady. I thought the communication was great. This whole process was very easy and there was someone to speak with at all times. I love the 2 men who delivered our baby poodle. They texted us with updates without us asking. The best text was when they said that they were having a disagreement on rock or country..lol Love that.

Ethyl (the puppy formally known as Dillie) is a gift from Heaven. She is smart, fast, curious, quiet, playful, cautious, cuddly, well-behaved around toddlers, perfect temperament and well on her way to being housebroken. My hats of to the wonderful breeder being supported by Pawrade. The transportation piece of this was very smooth and she was delivered to my home safely and on time. We had one small hiccup with her vaccination paperwork that was quickly cleared up by Emily with one short phone call. I would recommend this service based on the breeder selection and Pawrade doing what they say they will. Excellent Experience!!!

The communication and ultimately the puppy are excellent. I left four stars instead of five, because I wanted the pup flown to me and instead she was sent by some "economy" land delivery, where she arrived at 2:30 am in the night! I was not happy about the delivery.

The transaction was pretty painless. The worst part for us was how the transport from Missouri to California affected the pup. The transporters did a good job and got here within a few days. Nonetheless, travel was a bit of a traumatic experience for this little 5-lb pup. It will be a good 10-14 days before we have her "settled" in a reasonable way. She needs a lot of love, which she will get here. I wish I could have spoken to the breeder - some answers would have helped settle her. I'm also not sure what, if any, shots she has had - only the Rabies shot was made clear. She was very much on the "thin" side when she arrived late at night - even the Vet noted she was a bit undernourished. I'm guessing she didn't eat during the transport. Overall, it was an "OK" experience for us.

We are having so much fun with our cuddly, affectionate, intelligent puppy. She is happy, playful, and adorable. PAWrade did a great job helping us get through the process to purchase her and to have her brought to us, across the country. We are thrilled to have her!
Everything went very smoothly other than the 4:00 am delivery but that wasn't unexpected as we had been told it could happen. The young man who brought her in was very nice and apologetic. We had never purchased a pet in this manner and, of course, had concerns. Folks don't hesitate to "roll their eyes" as it seems everyone has heard the stories when things didn't go well. We hadn't planned to spend quite so much but understand when purchasing from a breeder. We had tried to adopt a rescue, registered with three different ones with no luck in finding one we could have here. We were a bit concerned with the obvious discount on Aimee compared to her litter mates, wondering why she was still available. We are hoping there is nothing to worry about in the future. We love her, she is a delight and everyone I dealt with was so very helpful and walked me through all the many things required to complete this experience. Thank you.
The staff I worked with were very helpful. Whether by email or phone, there was someone always available to answer questions. I like that they put the puppy first. I asked for a California puppy so that I could pick it up myself, rather than have it travel a long distance. The puppy is healthy, full of love and lots of energy!

There are too many emails and the secure email - not live is not warm and endearing - the puppy and breeder (what limited contact I had) was great - you should really make this more personal and not like a drug transaction - a phone call with out the mail would make you feel much more lik getting the puppy of your dreams - even though Drew is wonderful i would not recommend the site
