We crossed our fingers and operated with some blind faith with this lg investment... We are more than pleased with PAWRADE: PUPPY/ PEOPLE & PROCESS. PUPPY arrived happy and healthy. Miniature poodle is a bundle of joy,! She arrived so well socialized that it was like she's always been a part of our family. Today was day 2 and our vet was so very impressed with how healthy she is. Everyone in his office oooed & ahhhed about how very cute she is. All PEOPLE involved have been extremely helpful/ knowledgeable/ kind/ & professional. They appear to be authentic in their love & advocacy of quality care & excellent customer service. The PROCESS was seamless. Communication was clear and responsive. Transportation kept us posted along the way. It was all worth it! Thank you Pawrade!

I'm very happy with my puppy; however, I wasn't happy that I could not speak directly with the breeder or get a video prior to receiving my puppy. Also, the puppy arrived with yeast infection in his ears even after being certified by a vet that he was good to travel with no issues. Additionally, my puppy has a congenital knee defect. When I brought this up to Customer Service, that my vet diagnosed him, I was simply told that particular breed tends to have that. Considering what I paid for this puppy I found that response less than stellar. I had no heads up for this condition. Perhaps if I'd actually spoken to the breeder directly, I could've been informed of this. Usually, when dealing with a breeder, you're able to video chat, or at least receive videos of your puppy I could only go by Photos, considering the responsibility and high value of this transaction, I think it's very important for people to be able to have some sort of interaction prior to receiving their puppy.

First let me say that when all is said and done, the puppy and end result was worth the trouble but it was a lot of trouble. There seemed to be additional charges not initially agreed, trouble getting answers to basic questions, the texting to my e mail was difficult to read and then understand as I almost never could talk with someone directly. But as I said, the puppy is perfect and we love her immensely.

This purchase turned to SHIT on the day we received our puppy Sasha!!! She was listed as a MINIATURE POODLE ON THE WEBSITE. All the paper work we received upon her delivery listed her as a MOYEN POODLE - this is definitely not a miniature poodle. To make matters worse when we took her to our vet 24 hours after receiving her they found EAR INFECTIONS IN BOTH EARS! We called Parade on the day we received Sasha to report the breed problem, not knowing about the ear infections at that time. They said this would be reported to Senior Management - we have yet to hear back from Parade!!

This is a scam at pawrade......the pawprade is a common scam for puppy mills in OHIO...the dog we received had been in a cage at least 5 weeks while we paid the supposed breeder $10 a day. The vet check wasn't done.....dog was full of parasites and worms.....never been brushed or to a groomer. I have full documents from two vets and the professional groomer who breeds and shows jumbo poodles. It isn't about the money we paid for the dog or the necessary meds. We take care of our animals! My family has a foundation who is going to try to shut this breeding/selling system down. Notice first thing you hear when you call pawrade it is about how they want to be paid. The transport team was great and so was Christie. The dog is all we expected, beautiful, playful and very smart. Our only issue was that the vaccine records were not deliver with the transport team. I had to request from Christie and she got them for us. I will recommend you to my friends.

It was the best experience from the first call to the last. I was so impressed with the constant communication regarding our puppy, all the information you could need for what to do when she arrives. More transparency early-on needed re transport and also faster responses to customer questions after sale made. Pawrade staff are not educated enuf on transport to new homes. Comments they made re "up to 30 pups being transported at one time" was frightening. If not for the breeder, Ashley, I was planning to drive to MO and pick up my puppy. Staff did a very good job getting me in touch 2 times to talk with breeder, and Breeder was right: Wags on Wheels did a great job and kept in touch most of the way. My puppy arrived smelling fresh, clean and happy. Your staff need to thoroughly understand each step of the transaction and expectations on service. I am available for your questions. Thank you.
