I'm bonding quickly with my little girl. I got very nervous after final payment. But the staff were very helpful and supportive of my concerns. They even made sure I could have a zoom meeting with the breeder and the pup. I would highly recommend PAWRADE. Great people who are committed to thorough care for the animals they adopt out. Very precious puppy. Everything went very smoothly. My reason for the 4 stars is the paperwork I received had the wrong date of birth which I feel is rather important, especially since it was a whole year off. I'm suppose to get corrected paperwork but have yet to receive. The breeder and the vet both put wrong birth date?

We had a great experience throughout the process. Everyone has been extremely helpful and efficient. Unlike my experience with local breeders, communication with Parade has been very clear and the whole process was very transparent. After we've got our puppy, we could check his breeding company and confirm it was humane and good practice, in our case.

now Stella has tons of energy !! so far she seems to mind very well, a pleasant surprise we do struggle with potty outside, that seems to change from day to day, some days are much better than others. but she is a pup, and still learning i also have a cat, together they have learned to tolerate each other without to much drama over all stella is a keeper :)

Everything worked out splendidly! My new puppy Brynlee, renamed Matilda "Tilly" adjusted in no time at all. She seems happy and healthy, and hope she will always be so. The delivery when smoothly, and I would like to commend the drivers Chris and Dustin for taking such good care of my baby on her long journey. They were outstanding! I would not hesitate to purchase another puppy from Pawrade again, and highly recommend them to everyone in need of a special companion.

We had a great experience. There was some hold up with picking up the puppy. However, this was due to circumstances out of Pawrades control. They did respond quickly when I called. They did a good job of keeping me updated with what was happening. And when I spoke to the various representatives on the phone they were all very helpful and professional. We love our new family member. Thank you.

Horrible communication from the pawrade team. Would leave messages with no response, had to track down someone to talk to. Was told puppy was ready prematurely. Overall not a great experience. But I will say I have her now finally and all is well.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with OUR choice of puppies ( Min. Schnauzer) and the entire process from purchase to air delivery to follow up by Pawrade to insure that our puppy is being cared for properly by folks they don't know. It was all very structured and executed professionally. I am extremely impressed by the breeder to produce high quality puppies. She arrived by air and when we took her out of her crate she was so mellow and calm we were surprised. She took right to us and has never displayed anything other than a well raised and adjusted puppy. We could not ask for a better all around experience. I was especially grateful when I spoke to a young man at a pet store who lost all his money to a disreputable out of state breeder. I recommend Pawrade unequivocally.
