Everyone I worked with was very nice. The only thing is that it took so long to get our puppy it took 3 weeks to get her but other than that it was all good
Pawrade was a great way for our family to find a new puppy. We enjoyed viewing all the choices online. When we made our choice there was support every step of the way.

If you are looking for that special new family member and have questions on where to start looking, look no longer. My wife and I were looking for a very specific breed and color in our new puppy. There are a couple of national Pet finders on the Web, and we investigated all of them. Let me save you a ton of time, Pawrade will take care of you from the start, to even after you receive you new puppy. Their customer service is there every step of the way. My puppy arrived home safely.
Great working with the Team at Pawrade. We absolutely love the process and our new addition. Thank you during this incredibly easy process. I was skeptical about buying through a website and all of the unknowns. But this time, I can say, we do not regret!!!

I am sorry to say that both me and my wife were not very happy with how this whole selling and buying process went. The only good thing I can say is that the puppies are adorable. We love our Shiloh but to say how disappointed in how this process went would be an understatement. From learning of his Grade 1 Bilateral Luxating Patella the very night before he was to leave his destination, for his delivery, was absolutely horrendous. Not to mention that we recently had taken him to the veterinarian only to find out that he has obtained Giardia, no doubt from when he was in the care back in Indiana. This condition is due to many things and stress is not one of them, we were told. The staff we had spoken to tried to be as helpful as they could but the fact remains, it did not make the outcome any better for us.
My baby girl is home and I'm happy

From start to finish this was and excellent experience for our family. Tony Stray was responsive and extremely helpful throughout our experience. Little Ari ( now named Bruno) is a delight….everything was organized, well explained and followed up on.. kudos to Kelli as well. Thanks so much.

We are so thankful to Pawrade for helping us adopt our Louie. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Louie was well taken care of during his trip home and you can tell that the breeder took time with him and spoiled him rotten. We love him very much!!!!! Our hearts are full. We highly recommend Pawrade!!!!!!

I wanted a real AKC old registered male puppy. I got a more newly registered ALC Partners. Everyone beware. These dogs cannot be registered with the old original AKC registered dogs. Kind of a rip off.

5 stars! Other than some delay in communication, the process was great. Lois, my puppy concierge was helpful and professional. The puppy was/is perfect condition, clean and obviously well cared for. Can't recommend Pawrade enough!

Great puppy but i think she came from a puppy mill. Pawrade is a great idea with some nice people working there but the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. There are way too many people involved, you should have one contact, not 5. There is no trust when it comes to the client. I was out $3000, gave you a copy of my license, 4 digits of my ss# , and I signed a 10 page contract with some very questionable items in it and I was treated like you were the ones putting yourself on the line. All in all a good outcome inspite of pawrade. I would definitely not recommend Pawrade

I absolutely love my choice of Kenny (now Fletcher). My only complaint is when you say you are going to communicate, you do so. Updates from day 1 on how he was doing would have been appreciated.
