I bought our puppy July 2023 and notified Pawrade/PetPay about his name change. I was informed on 07/21/23 that the breeder will be notified. We received our puppy on 09/23/23 @ around 3.:45 AM in NYC after 4 days of traveling. 1). The name change was not reflected on Pawrade/PetPay and our puppy's Health Records - Deworming, Vaccination, Rabies Inspection Records. 2(. This request was expressed multiple times to the Customer Service Liaison Ms. Destiny F, travel Concierge Ms. Morgan E. and multiple calls to Pawrade/PetPay. 3). Health Records, Vaccination, and Deworming History 4). Our puppy's name was written wrong by the Breeder. 5). Vaccination Records - dose was missing 6). PetPay's Forms Health Records sent didn't have our puppy's name. I appreciate it a lot if you can send me the right forms with his full name typed legibly in All his Health Records. Pawrade/PetPay's Ground Transportation was a 3rd Party. It was called "Pampered". This is questionable.

Very pleased with Pawrade and their process of payment and information on their delivery of my Shiba Pup. Everything went smoothly on medical check-ups and paperwork upon receiving my pup. Using the ground delivery was great with information upon pick date and delivery time, through communication on their phone and messaging. I would recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a pup.

After looking for a reputable breeder in the state of Texas for a Shiba Inu and finding none, I thought I'd check our Pawrade. First class. All the questions I had were answered, and communication was consistent and clear. We had the little guy shipped via airfare which I was a bit skeptical of, but it was a very transparent process. Pup was exactly as all the photos showed, and we are very happy with the process and the service we received. I highly recommend Pawrade to find your new member of the family!

I can't think of a better way to get your new puppy, knowing that breeders are vetted carefully and everything Pawrade offers is superior in terms of coordinating communications between you and the breeder, arranging for the transport and providing so many helpful resources to get prepared for when your puppy arrives. As first time pet owners, it just demystified the whole process for us as we really didn't know where to start, and how to make sure we find reputable breeders and what to do when we welcome our little doggy home. We're absolutely in love with our new pup! All in all, this experience was a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend for people who want an easy and safe process for getting a dog. The whole process was great. Once it got rolling it was constant communication about the process. If I knew then what I know now, we definitely would've flown him in. Overall, in the beginning of the process, I was very irritated to know I had to wait for our fur baby for so long. However, over time I started feeling like it is NOT a scam! Due to the continuous communication I had with all vendors. We are very satisfied with our puppy. She came potty trained and her behavior has been very good! The process was easy but the waiting wasn't, but once our fur baby arrived, I definitely realized it was worth it! All vendors were kind and answered any questions I had, as I am a first time puppy owner! WAY TO GO!

My only issue is all of her paperwork says something different about her color. I received 5 documents and they all have a different description, seeing the parents on the website could possibly help too.

I have to admit that, at the beginning, I was a little hesitant on getting the puppy over the internet. but from the very first contact with Pawrade that feeling disappeared, the service and dedication of all involved help me not only understand the process but also gave me certainty that I was working with people who take the wellness of the puppies to the next level. Ours was love at first sight and couldn't wait to have him home, s, obviously i made a couple of mistakes filling the forms, yet, they helped me to make the necessary corrections and have everything in line, at the end all worked out very well, he was delivered to my door in good spirits and health. fed and clean. Working with Devin, Cindy and Carli was a delight and can not thank them enough for all the help, assistance and dedication they showed to me. Now the puppy is at his forever home.

The transaction went smoothly. From my initial viewing and speaking with a concierge to receiving the puppy it was great. I got constant updates on everything along the way and my amazing Shiba Inu (name: Amira) arrived healthy and happy. The reason for the four stars is the communication and contact after receiving the animal were minimal. When communication is so personable during the sales pitch, it should be on the post-sale as well. It shows you care about the animals and the customer's satisfaction. Just one call from the concierge would send that message. No animal lover would feel you are interrupting their "new family member's" arrival. (CRITICAL NOTE: Do your research on this breed. I was lucky to have raised a Siberian husky two years prior. A Shiba Inu is just as brilliant, muscular, adventurous, twice as stubborn, and ridiculously courageous. These pups fear nothing, which means supervision 24-7/routine discipline training/sleepless nights. Absolutely Worth It!
