I would like to first off thank the pawrade team for such a great job on the communication and effort. At first, we were a little apprehensive about getting a puppy online but this was truly fast and easy experience. We absolutely love our new puppy and would recommend this website to anyone who is looking to get one.

Excellent place to purchase a puppy, I was nervous at first as I had never purchased a pet online before, but it was a smooth easy experience. The employees at Pawrade are top notch, super helpful and friendly. The delivery service they use is also top tier, My puppy arrived happy, clean and healthy. Great experience and got the absolute perfect puppy that I was looking for with minimal hassle.
For several months I was looking for a Shiba Inu with specific traits: color, weight of parents (I wanted a Shiba with larger parents) markings ( I wanted a Shiba with white paws) and a certain "look" which I described to my sales rep - Cassidy. She sent me several possibilities but none were quire right. Then after about a month went by she called me and said "I think I found your dog". Fast forward, I now own that dog and he is perfect!! Also, the entire back up staff was terrific from beginning to end. They arranged zoom calls with me and the Breeder, they assisted with my personal travel arrangements to meet the Breeder at the Airports to pick up the dog and various other issues relating to the dog. This company can be trusted and are honest and helpful in all regards. Also if possible request to deal with Cassidy as she is just terrific.
Working with Pawrade was so easy. They were extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout tbe entire process. I highly recommend them! Thank you for connecting me with my new fur baby! ❤️

This was my first time buying a puppy and i know how common it is for people to get scammed. I had been checking out pawrade for a while and they had the best selection for shibas! The process was very easy and they communicated and stayed in contact throughout the whole process and were very quick to respond. I would 100% recommend and trust them!
Loved the updates and communication with Pawrade about our pup. Then our little guy was delivered in wonderful shape. He was taken wonderful care of. I was nervous getting him online, but he was clearly well cared for. Appreciate all the love he received!! Thank you for everything. Will definitely recommend and be coming back for his sister soon :)

Pawrade's team was great! They were so polite and responded to all my questions and concerns. At first, I was skeptical about buying a puppy from a website, but they helped me with the process and that made me feel confident in getting my fur-baby! My fiancé and I love our puppy dearly! He's a happy handful! Thank you Pawrade!

I' love Kaiya "Nova" but I have to be honest. It took her slot longer than I expected. I drove 2 hours to meet them otherwise she wouldn't have arrived at my house until 1 or 2 am even though I picked her up 2 hours from my home at 5:30 pm. Their route was awful one day their 309 miles away and the next day their 800 miles away. And they go down the wrong road which I have been on that road and it's ruff on me I can only imagine how ruff it was on her. I expected to see a wagging wheel vehicle not a U-Haul type vehicle. I walked away from this experience believing the care was lost over the years within this company. 5 dogs being dropped off at different locations. I would recommend to anyone to have their dog flown in. I don't know when Kaiya will be ready to go back in a vehicle. She spent 3 days 8 hours when they called me and they didn't sound good I asked if I could pick her up and the couldn't ask me but they jumped all over it when I did. I will request a discount

Our new puppy is home. She is adorable and exactly what we were hoping for. Pawrade staff were extremely helpful and courteous and kept us in the loop from the very first conversation. She arrived healthy and lovable and after a short time wss already expolring her new home. Well done!

To be honest at first hand I was scared, because I was scam a few weeks ago, but I have to say that Pawrade and all there representative that help me to bring my puppy Willow home did an outstanding job and I mean it. There communication skills in text messaging, email, and phone calls are the best. I will definitely recommend Pawrade to a friend or family member. Pawrade a big thank you from my part.
