Every single person we were set up with in Pawrade was nothing less than exceptional and extraordinarily helpful. Any question we had was answered quickly, if not immediately. We felt bad having to make changes to previously made arrangements, but the Pawrade team made sure we were comfortable and ready. Pawrade made the process of getting our new puppy seamless. It's ability to connect breeders with people that are wanting to give a puppy its new furever home is unmatched. After we narrowly missed out on trying to get a puppy from a nearby breeder (not through Pawrade), I didn't think we'd really have another chance for a while. I just happened to search for a Black and Tan female Shiba Inu on Google, and there popped up our Nova on the Pawrade site (We had already decided our puppy was going to be named Nova so when we saw Nova on Pawrade, we knew it was fate calling). There is lots of communication from Pawrade and people that help guide you through the entire process. Super happy to have added Nova to our family! Thanks Pawrade!

Pawrade made me feel comfortable the whole time I was in the process of buying my puppy. Their system is secure, they have you prove your identity before allowing a purchase to ensure there is no fraud. There are a lot of steps involved that seem unnecessary but in the end we received Rambo, she was healthy and safe, which is all we wanted.

Great Experience. After finding Franco, we contacted pawrade and immediately received a call. Joseph answered our upfront questions and explained the process. He was also able to set up a zoom call with the breeder and get a look at our potential pup. We were able to maintain good communication and once we purchased our pup we received following information on what the next step was. We opted for Air Travel, so please keep in mind that your pup will be flown Cargo unaccompanied. We did have a scare on arrival as the airline told us there was no animal on board. Luckily Morgan was able to get details and confirmed all was good to go. Overall wonderful experience and so happy to have welcomed Franco into our home. Thank you Joseph, Morgan, Carli and Jade for all your help. ** Please note Airline did not allow AKC paperwork to come with Franco so we had to contact breeder directly for paperwork.

Pawrade was great!!! Very friendly and informative. As a first time owner, I was really nervous and indecisive. I had a lot of questions. Carli responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. There were other staff members who helped me. They informed me of travel expectations and the driver Andrew kept me informed of where they were. It was nice to see in the app where my pet has travelled to get to me. Pawrade staff warned me that my pet might throw up or have diarrhea from the stress of travel but he was fine. Since they arrived around 11pm, the drivers even gave my pet a bath before arriving so I didn't have to do that. I'm very happy I found my pet through Pawrade. I highly recommend. Thank you Pawrade!!!
