We were nervous whether this was a scam but decided to take the chance. After reading many of the negative experiences primarily about having the puppy delivered, we decided to fly and pick our puppy up ourselves. We are so happy we did. We met the breeder and our little Boston Terrier is so happy and has such a great personality. Overall great experience from start to finish. Pawrade clearly communicated with us about what to expect and when. They answered all questions quickly and offered several methods to communicate. Highly recommend. They even give you a pet insurance policy.

Now that we've made it through the whole process, and have had our pup for a few days, I can honestly say the transaction with Pawrade couldn't have gone better. They are very transparent the whole time, and were even nice enough to book a zoom call with the actual breeder so we could chat with them, ask questions, as well as virtually meet the puppy to get to know his personality before committing. I will admit, I was a little hesitant about buying a puppy online. However, this is what sites like Pawrade are for. They do a good job of vetting the breeders, offering secure payment methods, and staying in contact through the whole process. The last thing I'll mention are the flight nannies, who handle flying with the pups to their destinations. This is one of a few delivery options available. It costs a bit more but is well worth it. It was an amazing experience seeing our puppy arrive with no stress. They have some great people doing this job. I highly recommend it!

We found the entire adoption process very well organized, thorough, and information. The only thing that was a bit difficult was communication regarding delivery of our puppy. At times hard to reach anyone and at times confused messaging. We love our little girl and we're overall happy with Pawrade.
