Everything was handled quickly and correctly by pawrade. Wasnt super happy about the transportation of the dog though. I think they are carrying too many dogs at once, and my puppy was dirty and stressed when he arrived. Spent part of 5 days in van. I think thats too much for scared puppies

The whole process was amazing. I was scammed before this so I was really scared. I drove down to pick up my puppy and my heart is so full. The breader was a sweetheart and Nick is a doll and loved so much already. Thank you so much for a great experience and a wonderful puppy.

The liaison, Emma, for me and the breeder was awesome. She was compationate, understanding, and really helped calm my fears and concerns. Unlike a supervisor who I spoke with that just enhanced my concerns. For the most part, the Pawrade staff has helped me with the process at each step.

What can I say? I'm smitten. I was extremely hesitant to purchase a living creature unseen online. Who knows what your getting right? There was great communication with the breeder with pawrade as an inbetween. This was very important to me. Every question I had was answered by the breeder and relayed thru Pawrade to me. The puppy I purchased was just as the breeder described, not physically as I had photos but his temperament and personality. When this pup arrived he was well on his way to being crate trained, I've had him for 3 weeks and he has only had a handful of accidents and this was in the very beginning. He had been introduced to other animals, people, vacuums, loud noises and shows no issues with any of these things. His bite inhibition is amazing, not once has he even come close to biting anyone. It's amazing. This pup was loved and cared for right up until I was lucky enough to give him a new loving home. I want to praise the breeder for doing it all right.

My experience with Pawrade was smooth and simple. I highly recommend Pawrade and if we get another puppy, we will definitely use Pawrade. We paid to have our puppy driven to us and the drivers were even great!!

Working with all parties involved was a great experience, the travel team was wonderful as well! We felt confident that the puppy was taken care of the whole way through. The breeder even called to make sure all was well. Our puppy is healthy, sweet and has a terrific personality! I highly recommend the experience!!

Puppy is amazing but customer service and communication are lacking. Of course, i understand you dont have to pay this much for a puppy and there are different routes to take, HOWEVER, for minute i felt like this company was scam and seriously second guessed by choice. Probably will not use again, very disappointed since I was contemplating getting our puppy a friend.

This was my first time ordering a puppy on line , and I was nervous. From the moment I talked with Pawrade, I felt at ease. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Not only did Pawrade eased my concerns, but they even allowed a zoom call with the breeder, this sold me on the idea. I loved the breeder, she took the time and let us know her, and for her to know us. Pawrade kept in constant contact with texts and emails. There were there through the whole process. My baby girl had to travel, and the nanny took such good card of her. I just got my baby girl on Thursday night, she stole my heart immediately. It was a process, but that was understandable as it had to be safe for her to travel. Took her to her vet appt today and she is perfect. We are so thrilled to have our perfect little angel. Thank you Pawrade, I would definitely buy from you again!

Amazing experience! The process to adopt was handled with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. The breeder was amazing and provided so much information and credentials, along with a helpful starter kit of goodies to help my pup in his transition from her home to mine. Along the way, Pawrade staff were always there to answer questions and guide me thru the adoption and transport process. I'm currently holding my new furbaby thanks to everyone involved. I wanted a slightly older Boston Terrier puppy because I didn't want to do all the training with a little one. I could not find one anywhere. I found my perfect pup on Pawrade. He was 18 weeks old and adorable. I picked him up out of state and drove him back home. I could not ask for a better pet. He is healthy and beautiful. He has an incredibly good temperament. I had a scare shortly after I got him home. An inexperienced vet incorrectly diagnosed him with a health issue. I was terrified and didn't know what to do. Both the breeder and Pawrade were supportive and guided me through the process. I could not have had a better experience.
Josephine is a sweet active and affectionate puppy. I believe she was well socialized by Arlene, the breeder, and her family. I enjoyed working with Destiny of Pawrade. I was, however, very disappointed that I was unable to go the breeders home to pick up the puppy. It would have given me a much greater assurance that she wasn't raised in a puppy mill. We've renamed her to Candy. She's fitting right in with our family and is having a lot of fun playing with our 6 year old Boston Terrier Charlie. She's eating well and sleeping well. I loved how everyone I talked to was really kind and helped explain everything that needed to get done. For being a first time pet parent, it was really nice having people to walk me through things. I am very thankful that everyone worked with me, so that I would have a great experience! I loved going through this process because I knew that my puppy is well cared for and healthy. I appreciate everything they did and I love my new pet!
