Unfortunately this was an awful experience. I was not given the choice to decide how my pup was going to be transported. I was given incorrect delivery dates and was told at the eleventh hour that the delivery can take place in the middle of the night. When I requested the pup be delivered 45 mins after what they sent me, the night before mind you. I was threatened and told the puppy will be returned to the breeder and I won’t receive a refund. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Stay away from this company!

From the very beginning, Pawrade was excellent in providing a method for us to easily find a puppy. They were incredibly responsive with answering our questions and forwarding our requests to the breeder prior to purchase. For example, we had specific inquiries about the puppy's health and temperament, and Pawrade promptly provided answers and reassurances. The puppy was delivered to us using their transportation concierge, Express Puppies. We were delighted by the timeliness and care during transportation. The puppy arrived clean, happy, and well cared for. The follow-up afterward to ensure the puppy is receiving consistent and continuing care was wonderful. We received valuable support and advice, making sure our new puppy was settling in well. I would work with Pawrade again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new puppy.

I love the puppy, 5 ⭐️ Delivery was great, Antony so caring 5 ⭐️ Other frustrations - The Transfer of Ownership- Sent three times. Lindsey said she didn’t get it. I was given until 4/14/25. I tried one last time and got an email from her saying she got it on the 13th. On the 14th I got an email saying times up offer expired. I’ve sent emails and have not heard back. I sent a copy of the email I rec’d confirming date, no email from you. 1 ⭐️ Well puppy visit- I was not able to get an appt until 4/14. I wrote to your office and still haven’t heard anything. Salem is big town. I called every vet office until I got to the “V’s” before I found one taking new clients and having an opening. They require 45 min. for a well puppy exam. The first one they had was 4/14/25. 1 ⭐️ Should I still sent this to you? I did let you know before hand and no one answered. I tried to find one within 3 days, I found one within 7 days. He received an excellent report. Sally

All in all a good experience. I was very indecisive with my travel plans and Pawrade accommodated my constant changes. One of the reasons for the multiple changes of delivery/pick-up was because I didn't feel like I was able to get a straight answer with delivery. I know you are dependent on nannies and their schedule as well as flying stand-by and that was frustrating. I really wanted a firm date that he would be delivered and I thought I would get that by selecting the most expensive option. In the end, my need to hold Bryce caused me to book my own flight, rent a car, and drive to pick up our wonderful new family member. Bryce is a great dog, great work by the breeder to socialize him and prepare him for our family. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He is healthy, loves people, and has been trained well. We are thankful we found Pawrade to expand our family. Overall positive experience, only issue was with the transportation unknowns.
