Wonderful experience from start to finish! I've never gone through a breeder before, I've always rescued and will again in the future… And, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to raise a puppers from a puppy. I would write more but I'm being covered in puppy kisses and my hands are full of LOVE!

First of all, OMG! I'm in love with my new puppy! Pawrade is legit. A bit of a process but, with the process, it eliminates the concern of puppy mills and scams. I appreciated it. Everyone that I communicated with at Pawrade were very helpful with my questions. Communication was timely and effective. Thank you for my newest besty!!

I love the dog but the delivery service not so much. The dog was supposed to arrive at 11am on Thursday but instead came at 4am the following day. The driver was wonderful but I think the transport company expects too much. Also the poor dog was filthy. Had she been transported more expeditiously I believe she would have arrived in a better condition. Having said that, we love her.

Margaux is a healthy and adorable cavapoo! Off to first vet. appt. with us this morning... Quite a complicated adoption process but we are so happy she is finally home with us. This is my first puppy. Tony Stray has been a fabulous gentleman from start to finish...I couldn't have made it without his kind and conscientious support. God bless him!

Pawrade did an excellent job on communicating with me regarding any concerns. The transport team was awesome. My puppy was delivered happy and healthy and the transport team was very efficient and friendly. My husband and I are extremely happy with our new addition.

All in all it was a great experience. The response time on the messaging was good. I think there are too many points of contact. I had multiple people working with me. Would have preferred one person from reservation to pick-up.

Excellent communication, this is our 2nd puppy from here. Shipping does take a few days and can be expected at any hour, she arrived at 2:30 a.m., not an ideal time but it comes with the territory..

The process was a bit of a hassle, but we love our new puppy. After 16 years with our precious Yorkie, getting a new puppy was a bit of a change. Pawrade provided plenty of good information for starting over with a new pup, and their product recommendations were spot on. Kenny, our "Puppy Concierge" was FANTASTIC. The other people we dealt with were awesome too, but I felt like after we received our new pup the service was a bit lacking. Not bad, just not as great as it had been. Overall good experience, and I feel like Pawrade does truly care about the health and well being of the animals.

Very pleased wth the way all things were handled. If had questions, there was someone always avaiable to answer then and guide me. Was concerned about the ground transportation but all went well and Ruby arrived well cared for.

The process was fairly easy, however I was assigned a concierge, a travel person and another customer service person and despite having all of these people, communication was severely lacking. My puppy was due to come home and the day before they called me to tell me she had to be treated for puppy parasites (fairly normal according to my vet) and she may not be able to travel the next day. I come to find out they knew she would not be able to travel the next day, but didn't let me know definitively . I had to cancel a scheduled vet appointment. On her travel day there were many canceled and rescheduled flights and we weren't sure she made her final flight and I couldn't get in touch with anyone. After many emails, texts and phone calls, I received a text that simply said "proceed as planned". So unprofessional. With that said, we are in love with our puppy and she is just perfect!

the Breeders were deceptive about the weight of the sire...they had him at 7lbs and when I got a picture of the sire he looked much larger so I asked why the discrepancy and they cam back saying the sire had gained weight and now weighed 10lbs (that's almost a 50% increase in weight in just a few weeks at 11/2 years old I don't think that's possible)...I was already in love with the puppy so I let them scam me....grrrrr

Puppy arrived safe and very healthy and happy. The communication with Pawrade and the transporters was top notch. Be sure to tip the transporters. If you forget text them and get their Venmo. I was so excited forgot to give them the cash I had for them.

The whole experience was made easy and kept you updated and informed along the way! Everyone I dealt with from the beginning until my pup was delivered and even after that was very nice and helpful. I would have given a 5+++ if it wasn't for the 72 hour vet appointment. It was impossible. My vet for over 30 years (85 miles away) couldn't squeeze in a puppy well check. I would still recommend Pawrade and use them again! 🐶

I had the most wonderful experience from the puppy concierge Tara to the customer service representative Lois. My only complaint is the communication with the travel concierge. It was very minimal and was almost always initiated by myself. I think the most nerve wracking part of buying a puppy is how they will be delivered. While Lois was amazing and answered my questions I would have loved for the travel concierge to be more communicative and prompt. Otherwise I loved my experience with Pawrade and my little puppy is amazing.

In this day of people who aggressively carry not only grudges but also guns, most folks I know won't leave a true review of their experiences. I wish the breeder had been forthcoming with characteristics/maladies that the pup might have inherited. The women of the Transport Team that actually delivered my pup were responsive and very pleasant. Look back over my conversations with Customer Service and/or listen to our recordings of conversations for additional information.

From the time we first started looking at cavapoo puppies on Pawrade, and then when we decided to take the next step - inquiring about a puppy, the process has been smooth and very easy!
