You guys did a great job. A bit repetitive when it came to instructions, but understandable. A few suggestions: - I received the transfer of ownership papers before I received the puppy. - I signed the transfer of ownership live when the puppy was delivered. - I e-signed the same doc online the same day but was later told you did not have it. - activating the Metlife policy took too long and could have been done online. It was an obvious play to get me to purchase an annual health insurance plan. I think they would have been just as successful by providing an activation link with an incentive to purchase a permanent policy. In the next few weeks, I plan to 'shop around' to see if there are better products on the market primarily because of the way the policy was sold. I've very happy with the services provided by Pawrade. Thank you!

I have the newest member of my family that I ordered from Pawrade. I like the fact that I was able to see both of her parents, their size and information about my puppy prior to making a decision. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. I stressed over the signing of the paperwork and not really knowing what to expect. My baby is beautiful and we are very happy to have her.

I was referred to Pawrade by another happy customer. I felt more confident in acquiring my new 4-legged family member via this service than some other websites out there. I do think a bit more information is needed at the time of pet pickup. I had a 5 hour drive to the pickup point and only received a phone number for the breeder the morning of my pickup, after the time I was originally going to depart. I wasn't sure if the transaction was going to happen, and since it was a weekend morning and outside the normal business hours, it felt like I'd been ghosted for a bit there. I had attempted to get this confirmation at 2:30 pm the day before, but was told the vet appointment was at 4 pm and I'd be contacted after that. No contact until the next morning after I had left multiple messages via phone and app. It all worked out but it was a very stressful addition to an otherwise well run process.

I think Pawrade is a wonderful outlet for all those independent puppy families looking to market their puppies. Everything was taken care of, and done in a timely manner except for notifications the day before the puppy was to arrive. Then no information or response to calls until the night before, after we had gone to bed, and then not to the day of arrival. Kind of frustrating as we did not have all the information we felt was necessary to pick up the puppy at the airport. It did come through on the way and I was able to take care of it fortunately. Other than that, everything was well explained and covered by different departments of Pawrade. I do have to say one or two of duplicate emails would have been fine, but sometimes we received 8-10 emails that said the exact same thing, which was annoying opening all those emails that were duplicates! Two identical emails are more than adequate I think.

I was very nervous about getting a puppy online and out of state, site unseen. They were great, calmed my fears, and puppy was received, healthy and happy.

She is precious and beautiful. My vet says she is very healthy. Feel so lucky to have her in my life. Need your help in getting a copy of the transfer of ownership from Down Home Pet Transport. Signed it, had photo with ID taken. Asked Dustin, who delivered her, to email me a copy of this document. Said he would do it as soon as he got back to the truck.As of today I still have not received it so I am unable to complete the required paperwork. Have written emails and tried to call. Still no response. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Do not mean to be a problem, but I am unable to complete the paperwork until I get a copy of this document. Billie Pearson

I'm so happy we decided to go with Pawrade! Because our puppy originally did not pass her fecel test, her delivery was delayed. I was planning to give the puppy to my daughter for Easter and it was a strong possibility that she would not arrive on time. I called the salesperson, Kenny, and he did what it took to get that puppy here on time! I am so grateful for the effort made to make this Easter the most special one for my daughter and our family.

My experience with Pawrade was subpar. Communication was difficult and lacking. Yes, I did get the perfect puppy and we are completely in love with her, but she did not come without a lot of frustration.
