While I understand the need for anonymity and communication streamlines, it was incredibly frustrating to speak to someone new at every stage of this process. Two admins from interest to purchase, another new person after purchase, ANOTHER new person for transportation and then a potential fourth party transporter. It would have been much easier to speak to one single representative from Pawrade from beginning to end of the experience. I also would have liked to have direct access to the breeder once I paid in full for the dog. While I respect the intention to keep anonymity, it was incredibly inconvenient for the purposes of planning the exchange of the puppy from the breeder to me. I am pleased with the puppy and happy we have him, but I don't think I would recommend this process to someone interested in buying a dog.

The process was easy, once I knew what I needed to do. The most difficult part of the process was choosing what puppy I wanted to adopt. Our puppy's breeder was fabulous! We drove to pick up our puppy, so we were able to meet the breeder. He seemed deeply committed to the care of our puppy, and provided us insight to potential issues that could be minimized with certain interventions on our part.
Process was smooth and very thorough! We love our new puppy.

Everything worked out great was very easy and comfortable and informative safe process . Puppy is healthy happy can see he was breeded by caring breeders so happy we went through Pawrade and to have our newest family member ❤️ 🙂

We want to thank Pawrade for introducing our new puppy Jake (we renamed him, original was Oswald) to our home. He is a very friendly English Cream Golden Retriever and a welcome addition to the household. He "prances" around the house with his stolen clogs (my daughter's old shoes) and is quite handsome and very, very happy ! He's fitting in quite nicely and we are fortunate to have him as part of the family. We want to thank you folks for such a pleasant tempered fellow!!! Thanks again, The Hansen Family

The puppy got here safe and sound We are enjoying having him!

We got a golden retriever puppy through Pawrade and it was the easiest most enjoyable experience ever! We will use Pawrade for every dog we get in the future and recommend them to anyone! The staff was so quick at responding to any questions we had and our puppy was driven down to us all the way from Indiana and was perfect when he arrived! We couldn't thank you enough!

Our Puppy (Miles) is renamed Luke, arrived on Monday and it has been so much fun, love and companionship, we are really enjoying him. He came to us from Foxwood puppies in Indiana and we are so very glad we chose him. Thank you for your help in this endeavor.

Gregor is quickly becoming the star of the family. We ❤️ him. He is very intelligent and eager to please. What we love most about him is the love and affection he gives us and is definitely a lap dog. The transport team did a wonderful job! Thank you for this wonderful dog.
