I think overall that some people that I worked with to have our puppy come home were amazing. Always answering my question and was always on top of things if I was just to rate her I would give her 5 stars. Some other communication was off and wouldn't get responses. I finally got my puppy and we couldn't be happier. Wonderful addition to our family

We are so thrilled with our puppy and had a very positive experience with Pawrade. My only complaint would be the transport aspect. I was surprised at the amount of puppies being transported at one time with only one driver and wonder how they were all taken care of.

I took a chance on Pawrade based off the reviews. I am here to add to the positive experiences people are having!! I couldn't of asked for better experience. The staff at Pawrade actually call you and you speak with a real person. They quickly responded to my questions and made sure I had all of the information I needed to be ready for my new pup! I got a golden retriever puppy and she is just perfect!! If you're looking to get a puppy quickly and want someone to oversee the process for you, Pawrade is the way to go.

Pawrade staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They respond quickly to communications throughout the buying process but are a little slower once purchase is set up. Our puppy arrived very healthy and we are having a great time with her.

What an awful predatory company. They lie. They are breeders, and won't let you cancel. They keep adding on charges after. Stay away.

Alice, there are no hidden fees by any means. All fees are outlined prior to submitting payment. When you requested to cancel we did tell you there was a $599 cancellation fee but we did give you the option to cancel. You choose to proceed forward with the purchase but then were surprised there was a fee for travel, this was clearly outlined during checkout and on our website. We were able to deliver a happy & healthy puppy to you and wish that meant more when considering your review.

We are very happy with our new puppy. The entire transaction was very smooth and easy to complete. We had one small issue but was easily fixed with customer service. The travel company used to get our puppy home was amazing and we received amazing updates on her wellbeing throughout the trip. The updates given were extremely funny with stories we truly enjoyed. Even after receiving her, Pawrade still cares about how our puppy is doing and how we are doing in our new chapter with our new addition to the family. We are thankful for Pawrade for everything they've done for us.

This process from beginning to end (when puppy arrived) was so easy and nice! The communication was perfect and the delivery company was also prompt as well as including the app to track their route in! Pretty awesome when youre waiting on your furbabe! This is a highly recommended company! Thank you for our girl she fits right in and we are so happy and now her name is, Chilli! I will be using this service now as a seller once I begin my breeding journey! LOVE THEM and GOLDENS! haha Get your puppy from them! you wont be dissapointed!

The Puppy is fantastic the way you deliver him was terrible he was picked up in Missouri on Friday and he got home on Sunday. The poor puppy was in Georgia then driven to North Carolina then had a stop over in Charleston South Carolina and stayed in the same place for 11 hrs then he was drivin to northern Florida and finally he was brought home to me the lady was nice. But to keep him in a small cage for that long was horrible the puppy is a happy guy but what I paid $870.00 to bring him home how would you rate that ?

Pawrade is absolutely amazing!!! This is without a doubt the best company I have ever worked with, loving, caring, very detailed and honest!!! You do what you say your going to do and you are very involved with the soon to be new owners of one of your wonderful puppies. I would highly recommend you and already have to several of my friends!!! Jodi was beyond wonderful and always got back with me when I had questions, and it was so sweet when she would send me pictures of my soon to be new addition to my family! Jodi was incredibly amazing!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all you did, you went above and beyond!!! I love Cody, he is so sweet and loving!!

I don't think I can say enough good things about Pawrade. At first I was suspicious of this whole buying a dog online thing. But they were there every step of the way to answer any and all questions and put our minds at ease. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to ensure our experience was good and we had all the information we needed. The process went exactly as they said it would and there were absolutely no surprises or lack of communication. Well done to the entire Pawrade team!! Great people who value great customer service!

I have had 3 black puppies and this is the best puppy ever, he goes in his crate around 1030 and sleeps till 7 and does not make a peep, he is close to being housebroken, only 1 accident in the past two days and his temperment is incredible, he is fantastic in a word.

First of all I will say this has nothing to do with the dog we picked. We love him! Here is why Pawrade gets a 1 star: The unresponsiveness is unprofessional. When a questions is asked that is important it should not take 3 days to respond. If I did that at the place of my work I would be fired. That is our first problem. Our second problem is how Pawrade sent our puppy to the WRONG address adding an additional 3 hours. To say I am angry is an understatement. How dare Pawrade put an animal through an additional 3 hours of travel. To add onto this problem you interrupted many peoples work day due to Pawrade"s mistake. The best part of all of this is BLAMING the poor driver, saying the he messed up when in fact I spoke with the driver and have proof of Pawrade"s mistake. Blaming a third party is beyond unprofessional. Own up to your mistakes. We spent a lot of money to have our dog travel and Pawrade was not even willing to compensate just stuck with how this was not Pawrade"s fault.

While an apology may not alter the outcome of your experience, we extend ours with all sincerity. We want all of our customers to experience a 5-star experience with us. We do work with trusted, third-party transporters and while it may appear we were not as involved, we certainly were. Our transporter in this case did notify us the day the pup was to arrive of the bad address (in our conversations it appears they were in contact with you as well) and our travel rep was able to determine the address error and have that corrected within 4 minutes of notification. This was a booking error and was beyond our control. The delay was communicated to us as an hour, however, your transporter may have had other delays from the route that elongated the original estimated time of arrival. While we cannot guarantee arrival times, we do know that there is a level of anxiety in that additional wait period. We are happy that you love Leroy so much already and he will for sure continue to provide love and happiness within your home. We are wishing you nothing but the best memories with him.

My experience with Pawrade was largely very good with one large exception: the breeder from whom my dog was obtained to be marketed by Pawrade was in poor shape when she was delivered. She was underweight and covered with matted fur. My vet commented that it was clear that this dog was not a high priority for this breeder. My vet was very unhappy with the condition of the dog. I am slowly addressing all of the problems, and am confident she will become a wonderful, healthy pet. My suggestion is that every customer obtain the name of the breeder and do their own investigation. I asked for the breeder's contact information, but Pawrade never gave it to me.
