It really is like having a new baby in your home. They naturally need guidance you have to have patience you have to understand if they're ill sick or unusually active or underactive there's plenty of things to look for to make sure that my puppy is safe. He did have his wellness check she did hear clicking in his left hind leg which may be hip dysplasia. Having another check up next Thursday to validate if it actually hit dysplasia. This will actually give me time to think how much I do love this dog but unfortunately I was going to train him for myself for my systemic lupus condition and one thing that is required is that we walk to keep my legs mobile. The experience he had at the airport was extraordinary I recommend American Airlines even though I had to travel over 100 miles to get there. It was worth him coming in with American Airlines they all adored him and loved him.He is a little bit tough with me but when I ignore him he turns back to being kind that's a trick that I have

Love the pup BUT was told he was trained. Not trained. Been pooping and peeing everywhere inside for 3 days. Waiting on a crate to crate train him. He clearly has PTSD from something. If he even sees a leash he freaks out, cries and runs as far as he can. So we have to overcome leash issues- obviously But i got this- Lou is a superstar- figured out a flight of stairs up and down in 1 day

Everything was great from start to finish until I had to pick up at airport. I was told to go to cargo pickup but it was 10pm and it was closed. Rushed to the terminal in the knick of time. Was a tough night but got through it. Everything else was a great experience

Pawrade was a very simple and easy process bringing my pup home to me. One of the easiest experiences of my life. The only complaint I have is the communication is not the best in terms of when the puppy is being shipped etc. if I did not call I'm not sure I would have known the puppy was being delivered to me the next day. It's useful to make sure I'm prepared and have everything. Other than that pawrade was great. The driver Tom, delivered my fur baby in a timely manner and safe.

Under promised and OVER DELIVERED!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you're trying to decide between another company and Pawrade, you will never regret going with Pawrade. My experience with Pawrade was exceptional from start to finish. I had just had a really terrible experience with another online puppy company and was really leery of doing business with another. Pawrade was a sweet surprise. Peter was amazing. By coincidence, he used to live in my neighborhood, and he agreed to be my new puppy's "companion". He drove from Detroit to Ohio to pick our puppy up. Then flew with him, in the cabin, in a soft crate (that I shipped to him), to SoCal. He personally delivered him to us at the airport. If that is not going above and beyond I don't know what is. Our golden retriever puppy is very healthy & happy . He arrived at 9 weeks and weighed in at a very healthy 12 pounds. He had already been introduced to a crate, so night time crate training has been a breeze.

Every day I got a call saying my puppy would arrive at *such-such* a time but it always turned out to be the next day. I had to cancel plans because I didn't want to be no one to receive the puppy. My puppy Bubbles was covered in feces. It's no wonder, she cowers all the time and is obviously afraid of anything. Shame on you!

I was impressed with the process, along with those who help you navigate the details. Most of the people were friendly and courteous. There was a bit of a snag with picking up my puppy. However, I believe it was miscommunication on both parts. The breeder was kind and thoughtful. I love my new fur baby Fawnie.

I am not happy with the service as following reasons. 1. The dog was delivered on 8th day after he left the breeder which is much longer than you originally promised. 2. The dog has parasite issue.

We previously communicated that your transporter received a flat tire and had to locate a rental vehicle, this all occured before your puppy was picked up and in transit. While it delayed pick up and ultimately delivery to your house, your puppy was not in transit any longer than our standard protocols of 2-4 days. Please submit your veterinarian documents so we can ensure Dasher is covered under our comprehensive health guarantee. We wish you and your new family member all the best!

Staffs have been great although the process is kind of complicated. Was expecting a flight delivery but somehow they told me that no breeder is offering flight travel. Other than that we are very happy to have our new family member here!

I think overall that some people that I worked with to have our puppy come home were amazing. Always answering my question and was always on top of things if I was just to rate her I would give her 5 stars. Some other communication was off and wouldn't get responses. I finally got my puppy and we couldn't be happier. Wonderful addition to our family

We are so thrilled with our puppy and had a very positive experience with Pawrade. My only complaint would be the transport aspect. I was surprised at the amount of puppies being transported at one time with only one driver and wonder how they were all taken care of.

I took a chance on Pawrade based off the reviews. I am here to add to the positive experiences people are having!! I couldn't of asked for better experience. The staff at Pawrade actually call you and you speak with a real person. They quickly responded to my questions and made sure I had all of the information I needed to be ready for my new pup! I got a golden retriever puppy and she is just perfect!! If you're looking to get a puppy quickly and want someone to oversee the process for you, Pawrade is the way to go.

Pawrade staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They respond quickly to communications throughout the buying process but are a little slower once purchase is set up. Our puppy arrived very healthy and we are having a great time with her.

What an awful predatory company. They lie. They are breeders, and won't let you cancel. They keep adding on charges after. Stay away.

Alice, there are no hidden fees by any means. All fees are outlined prior to submitting payment. When you requested to cancel we did tell you there was a $599 cancellation fee but we did give you the option to cancel. You choose to proceed forward with the purchase but then were surprised there was a fee for travel, this was clearly outlined during checkout and on our website. We were able to deliver a happy & healthy puppy to you and wish that meant more when considering your review.

We are very happy with our new puppy. The entire transaction was very smooth and easy to complete. We had one small issue but was easily fixed with customer service. The travel company used to get our puppy home was amazing and we received amazing updates on her wellbeing throughout the trip. The updates given were extremely funny with stories we truly enjoyed. Even after receiving her, Pawrade still cares about how our puppy is doing and how we are doing in our new chapter with our new addition to the family. We are thankful for Pawrade for everything they've done for us.

This process from beginning to end (when puppy arrived) was so easy and nice! The communication was perfect and the delivery company was also prompt as well as including the app to track their route in! Pretty awesome when youre waiting on your furbabe! This is a highly recommended company! Thank you for our girl she fits right in and we are so happy and now her name is, Chilli! I will be using this service now as a seller once I begin my breeding journey! LOVE THEM and GOLDENS! haha Get your puppy from them! you wont be dissapointed!
