Hester (Rosie) is a beautiful healthy sweet puppy. In general, the staff tried to respond to our questions and concerns. However, we often were inundated with information from various people. The instructions were repetitive and sometimes confusing. Some calls and emails were not answered. Despite the problems with communication, we our very happy with our new puppy!!

Puppy (6 months) that I received was not as advertised and seems to have been abused, terrified of all people and it has been a struggle to try and get him acclimated since we picked him up at the airport. We have no recourse to get this corrected because of the contract signed. I went with Pawrade because I thought the breeders were vetted to be good and selling quality dogs but we have not had that experience at this point. As for travel arrangements those were done quickly and I have no complaints.

A Nightmare! Once you pay for your dog there are numerous steps that are required and must be followed in order to validate the entire process, (from the transportation details to the healthcare, vet requirements and numerous other steps), I had to jump through many hoops in order to get in contact with the related personnel for each of those steps. Therefore, every time you call the main phone number, (If you ALREADY bought AND PAID FOR your dog), you NO LONGER get the immediate attention (with a live person) like you did when you were buying your dog. Instead, you are directed to a secondary line where you are placed on a long (jingle) hold until eventually being promoted to LEAVE A MESSAGE since there is no one to take your call. You are only important UNTIL you pay them. After that you will need to spend DAYS on the phone trying to get the assistance that is required in order to validate all of their requirements. A MAJOR MISTAKE! I will NEVER recommend Pawrade! Rick H

The sales team is terrific- caring, knowledgeable, approachable. The process of purchasing the puppy is simple. The health guarantee is non-existent. The PetPay aspect of the process promotes animal cruelty and euthanasia for sick puppies. Asked to review a puppy who has gone to heaven a week after receiving him, sick, vomiting, and lethargic. Sickening

Our experience with Pawrade was amazing from start to finish. Kelly was extremely helpful with any questions that I had throughout the process and got back to me within a couple of hours with her messages. To say that we are happy with this experience is an understatement. Our new family member, Jovie, is such a sweet, lovable girl. Didn't realize how long ground transport would be- would've opted for air (30+hours!); breeder didn't socialize 6-month old puppy with humans. Jillian is very cautious and slow to trust.
