I purchased a beautiful golden retriever puppy through Pawrade. When he finally got here, he was exhausted and in shock. I did the van transport. If I were to do this again, I think I would choose the flight option instead. My parents also got a puppy and they got to travel together. They did arrive with some kennel cough, but they're doing just fine after getting some meds from their new vet.

I have to say I was hesitant as I was part of a scam last year. Devvin was phenomenal, she walked me through the whole process, kept in contact, made me feel comfortable with my decision to go with Pawrade. Kelly, was great to and Dakota with the Travel process. Olive is home and fitting right in with our other dogs and our grandchildren. She us so smart, loves to play and gives kisses all the time. We love her, she makes our family complete. Getting information and the sales team were informative and the process went easily. I would advise anyone using Pawrade to set in for some reading and make sure you understand what you are committing to. There are deadlines and procedures that must be followed to the letter. At times overlapping and duplicate communications made things a bit confusing as to where I was in the process. In the final stages there were some hiccups. The "team" answers or updates you so you can be hearing from many different people. This was also a bit confusing. Finally I was assigned to just Kelli. She was knowledgeable and got us through the final process and saved the day. We are very pleased with our new pup. I think if they iron out a bit of their customer service issues this is a nice place to get a new dog.

This process was so easy from Begining to end . The first rep we spoke to was Carlos and he was so incredibly helpful and patient. Then Shannon and the rest of the team continued to send messages and support till the moment we received our puppy. The puppy is amazing he's everything we could've ever asked for and more . Pawrade is the best hands down!! I'm so happy !! Thank you guys for everything .

Communication was lackluster at best. Dog shows up in terrible condition, drivers didn't look professional at all. Will never recommend Pawrade to any of my friends. Absolutely terrible experience that has increased my anxiety dealing with y'all. Nobody has the answers, nobody returns phone calls, and nobody communicates.
