Purchase with Pawrade was seamless. The only difficult part was making sure that the delivery company arrived before the puppies required 72 hour wellness check.

The process was easy everything went great. Except the transport of my puppy and that wasn't too bad , but hard on my puppy it took 3.5 days to get her to me and she was stressed out when I got her. It took the whole weekend for her to unwind. Now she is at home and relaxed.

Wow! I was very impressed with the entire process from initial phone call to picking up our puppy. Everyone I encountered was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Pawarde!

We received Roxie on time and were taken with her immediately. She is an English (Cream) Golden Retriever. We have had her for one week tomorrow. She was a little shy at first at 12 weeks old, but is now the life of the party. She has already learned SIT, DOWN, COME, LEAVE IT, and is working on STAY. Oh, and we immediately changed her name to LILY which means white, innocent, pure and loyal. We can tell she will be living up to her name! Glad we found you guys!

We have been very pleased with the entire process. From the time my wife and I expressed an interest, until the delivery of our new family member, it has been a very positive experience. The communication was always spot-on. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

First off, we were promised a healthy puppy but we got a puppy with two parasites. Secondly, we wanted an 8 week old puppy but delayed our travel by more than two weeks due to the breeder only allowing herself to travel one day of the week. The process was pretty frustrating overall. That being said, we love our new puppy very much

We absolutely love our puppy! He is the sweetest boy and fits so well in our family! He was a little nervous but he adjusted quick and I was helped through the whole process and given all the information I needed, Lois even called me to walk me through the information and adjust as we went along. It was a great experience throughout!

Hester (Rosie) is a beautiful healthy sweet puppy. In general, the staff tried to respond to our questions and concerns. However, we often were inundated with information from various people. The instructions were repetitive and sometimes confusing. Some calls and emails were not answered. Despite the problems with communication, we our very happy with our new puppy!!

Very happy with Pawrade and the two men who transported our Golden pup. The (less than 5) 4 star is from a breeder concern after our veterinarian raised the concern and placed our pup on a probiotic.
We love our new golden, Tato! Pawrade made the process of selecting, purchasing, and picking up our puppy seamless, and we so appreciate their ethics and commitment to a puppy-first approach, to standing up against puppy mills, predatory veterinary clinics, and animal cruelty. I will be recommending Pawrade to everyone I know who's in search of a new pet!

Puppy (6 months) that I received was not as advertised and seems to have been abused, terrified of all people and it has been a struggle to try and get him acclimated since we picked him up at the airport. We have no recourse to get this corrected because of the contract signed. I went with Pawrade because I thought the breeders were vetted to be good and selling quality dogs but we have not had that experience at this point. As for travel arrangements those were done quickly and I have no complaints.

We had an incredible experience with Pawrade. There was great communication every step of the way. We were kept informed and received updated pictures. We will definitely use Pawrade again… probably sooner than later.

A Nightmare! Once you pay for your dog there are numerous steps that are required and must be followed in order to validate the entire process, (from the transportation details to the healthcare, vet requirements and numerous other steps), I had to jump through many hoops in order to get in contact with the related personnel for each of those steps. Therefore, every time you call the main phone number, (If you ALREADY bought AND PAID FOR your dog), you NO LONGER get the immediate attention (with a live person) like you did when you were buying your dog. Instead, you are directed to a secondary line where you are placed on a long (jingle) hold until eventually being promoted to LEAVE A MESSAGE since there is no one to take your call. You are only important UNTIL you pay them. After that you will need to spend DAYS on the phone trying to get the assistance that is required in order to validate all of their requirements. A MAJOR MISTAKE! I will NEVER recommend Pawrade! Rick H
