Pawrade is awesome. . . we were looking for a new addition to our Black lab family and ran across Pawrade. Viola . . . we found Cooper (Mack). The Pawrade process was easy and they answered all of our questions with complete information (not canned responses). They let us know where Cooper was in his travels to his new home. The transporters kept us up to date with where they were and updated his ETA on a regular basis. They even sent us pictures when they got stuck in traffic. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone wanting to get a new puppy. You will not regret your decision. THANKS PAWRADE!!!!!
We Received our new puppy last week. He is gorgeous... In great health, happy and is getting along with our other dog wonderfully.

I wasn't getting any emails on my phone and it became a big problem. I haven't used my computer for months to check my emails.Just my phone. I was so HAPPY when Dan who was on on vacation text me back and got everything. In order so I have a great dog today. He is just perfect. Again thank you Dan.

Our dog is absolutely wonderful and the most perfect fit for our family and we have pawrade to thank for that. Communication prior to getting the pup was great but the minute we got the pup the communication was poor at best. We have had a few questions about our dog and have wanted all the papers that should come with our dog only to be sent pictures of them laying on a desk. I have emailed and called many times to try and have these documents sent to us some how and have fallen short of this every time which has been frustrating. I feel all of the proper documentation is something that each owner should be able to have, physically, and it should not be a challenge to do so. Aside from that, if you are looking for an amazing fur companion, you will most likely find it here

The process was easy, fast and people where always there to answer questions. Pawrade's priority is keeping the puppies safe and it was so much better than getting a puppy in any shop around us. Our little furry-baby arrived healthy, happy and with all his vaccinations. We couldn't be happier!

DEALING WITH THE PAWRADE TEAM WAS WONDERFUL! EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO INQUIRIES. THEY ARE DEFINITELY EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. THE ONLY THING I WAS NOT CRAZY ABOUT WAS THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. I WOULD NOT PUT THE PUPPY THRU THAT AGAIN. IF IT WERE A ONE DAY TRIP, FINE BUT FOUR DAYS ON A VAN DRIVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY IS NOT IDEAL. ALTHOUGH SHE ARRIVED IN GOOD SPIRITS THERE WERE SOME MINOR HEALTH COMPLICATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN HANDLED. ALL-IN-ALL A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND A VERY BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL PUPPY HAS FOUND HER FUR-EVER HOME.

So thankful and happy we found this site and our new addition. The whole process was amazingly easy and so happy knowing we didn't support a puppy mill!

We had only positive experience working with Pawrade.
Process was complete and thorough. Although sometimes I would get confused about who was responsible for what? So, sometimes I would be handed off to someone else to deal with my query. Also, the PetPay guarantee process was a little unclear and was looking for a "final stamp of approval" but I guess I got it? Love the puppy, he seems very healthy. My Vet questioned the delay in his vaccinations for 10 days but I stuck to the procedure.

The entire process of finding and acquiring my puppy has been nothing short of spectacular. Specifically, the overall customer service and response time has been tremendous, which includes answering all of my questions - even those that may be specific for the breeder. Thanks @Eddie Rush for answering all of my questions the first time I expressed interest, and thanks at @Cindy Walter and Lindsey Phillips throughout the entire process after reserving Mace (aka Atlas) - our new Labrador Retriever.

Pawrade was super easy to communicate and all the information were forwarded as asked. They know buyer's behavior and also tried to calm my excitement down before the actual delivery date and brought back the same excitement on the day of delivery. I would genuinely recommend using pawrade when thinking of adopting a new puppy. I haven't done my research on cost and affordability, just was scrolling up and saw the cute puppy face and booked it away. But the communication, experience and delivery was pretty smooth and that is what preferable.

Our experience on Pawrade was excellent. Communication with Corbin, Lois and Morgan was thorough, timely and informative. The entire process was seamless. Our black lab puppy was happy, healthy and is a wonderful addition to our family!
I ended up buying two pups. I the process i think was over all good. I wish i could have just dealt woth Corbin instead of all the different People buying 2 pups. But over it work ed out and we got 2 great pups. Yhank you.

Riggs came healthy, happy, well groomed, obviously came from a great place & he is so happy and adjusted so quickly as if he knew we were his family. Non of the warnings about stress or health has occurred and everything was a smooth process. Great to still warn people but I didn't experience anything I was warned about. Thank you so much Pawrade I'll be recommending!
