We absolutely love our puppy! He is so sweet, in great health, and we can tell he came from a great breeder given how well he sleeps through the night & is adjusted to a crate. We were very pleased with Pawrade up until the transport process. He was originally supposed to be delivered by ground transport, but was somehow not picked up, therefore we were required to pay to fly him to get him. The date changes, miscommunications, etc. were frustrating but we did love the woman who actually flew with our dog. The flight nanny process made us feel so much better about flying him knowing he would not be in cargo.

Things went fine but for people like me that cann't use a cell phone or computor, it made it challanging. There was a 100 dollars off on our dog but wasn't passed on to me.

My experience with Pawrade was amazing from start to finish! Everything went smoothly with the purchase and setting up the financing. I got updates often about my new puppy. The breeder was also very friendly and understanding when I opted to have my puppy delivered. I got updates and new puppy advice and was promptly informed when my puppy got a clean bill of health at the vet. The puppy transporter was very friendly and professional. My overall experience with Pawrade was great and I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to find their new family best friend! 5 stars for sure!

Getting our new puppy through Pawrade was a super smooth process. They were very attentive and great communicators. Allowing us to ask questions at each step. & Setting up a call with the breeder so we can get an understanding of our dog's energy and personality. Loved having the messaging app and the reminders of what we needed to do. It did not feel overwhelming as they took us step by step. Delivery was via Wags on Wheels & they sent tracking via Life360 app so it was fun to watch and see "yay, our puppy is in MN...yay he's just a few blocks away!"

Had a pretty bad experience. Pawrade hid the size of the dog I adopted despite knowing exactly how much she weighed when I first enquired. The dog I purchased was half the size of the standard for the breed, and her litter mates were all much larger. Further, it was like pulling teeth to get information. The poor pup looked like a stray when I picked her up and smelled terrible, like she hadn't had a bath in a very long time. She shows every sign of being from a puppy mill, not a reputable breeder. She didn't know what grass was, despite being 7 months old has has no "potty training" and won't venture out from her safe space without being alone in the room. We will love her through this and help her understand that she is safe now, but I'm def not done with pawrade or the breeder for the obvious cruelty.

The whole process was relatively easy. I had my puppy delivered to my door and the driver was extremely helpful in informing their ETA and if something caused he delay he kept me informed. When my puppy arrived he was absolutely adorable and fit right in. Thanks to everyone at Pawrade from start to finish.

Everyone at Pawrade was so helpful. I was worried about how he would do on his flight to his new home but he was happy when we took him out of his crate. We got lots of kisses and his tail was wagging like crazy. We have renamed him to Tucker. He is adapting very well with our other dogs. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to my friends.

Pawrade was awesome for the whole process. Their "no puppy mill" promise is what drew us to the website to begin with. They made it very easy to see available puppies and communicate with the breeder so when we saw a puppy we liked we reserved it immediately. The process was quick after that and took minimal effort on our part. They even provide an assortment of material to get ready for the puppy's arrival. I highly recommend them for anyone searching for a puppy.

Your team was attentive, supportive and informative. We felt very comfortable and reassured every step of the way. It was an easy and smooth process in finding our sweet puppy and getting her delivered to our home. I'm glad that you offered pet insurance because our puppy did arrive with a slight ear infection and urinary tract infection. I have submitted those bills and hope that MetLife covers them.

Transaction was very easy I ended up picking Davidson up at a later point because of personal issues. So far everything seems to be working well there was a small issue that the vet pulled up and what I understand all of the bills will be covered. Khloe is amazing. My kids are in puppy heaven. I actually was the least excited about getting a dog with three children under 7 years old but i think i am the happiest! She is potty training nicely. She does well in the crate and you can tell she was socialized by the breeder. The first night in our home she did not hold back. You could tell she felt at home with our family and we could imagine our lives (8 days in) without her.
