I really enjoyed working with the staff at Pawrade to bring home our mini bernedoodle. They were very responsive and made sure to guide me through the whole process. I would highly recommend using Pawrade to anyone trying to find a pet dog.

Our first puppy transaction with Pawrade two years ago was perfect. This latest transaction was far from satisfactory. Puppy was cleared, we picked up on Friday. 4 hours later, after drive back to Chicago, she was almost fully unresponsive, lethargic, and had lost 2lbs compared to her weight provided five days earlier. How did no one notice she was so sick? Rushed her to vet, moving wellness appointment up a day, discovered she had list of issues including Parvo, very low blood pressure/glucose levels, abnormal white gums, markedly under-conditioned musculoskeletal system, and blood in stool. 48 hours later, after two nights in ICU, she began vocally exhibiting pain, leading to an ultrasound and the confirmation of severe GI/intestinal blockage and intussusception. She passed away that day. Now, dealing with claims process and unresponsiveness from Pawrade/Petpay during critical times, this transaction has been a nightmare. We will not be using your service again.

Sadly, the delivery guys made this a nightmare experience. I enjoyed every transaction until it was time for delivery. They had been instructed to give me extra communication during the recent fires. They did not. I had to initiate communication, and by then they had already decided to take my puppy through actively-burning areas. With zero consideration for my feelings or trauma, they turned off location and quit communication when they knew I wasn’t pleased. They then made me feel uncomfortable upon delivery. This is a case of Pawrade choosing a reckless employees for its most important role. The resolutions manager has been threatening. He has also completely dismissed the severity of my experience.

Our puppy adoption was very simple and the communication from pawrade was thorough and so helpful. We had an amazing transport team, too. Aaron and Karen provided updates on their location and ETA. They delivered a calm and happy puppy. Our little dog has adjusted to us already and we have the highest praise for pawrade Thanks for all that you do!

Elena (now Ella Grace) arrived as advised however her first bowel movement she had a bloody stool. She was taken to the Vet the vary next morning. Prato was ruled out but she had to be put on medication. Once again 1/8 cup of food was provided which was. It enough to transition her to a new food

Pawrade has been fantastic. Love the attention to detail and communication. The delivery service was professional beyond expectations. Our vet was so pleased with the health and care of the pup. The only confusion I have not been able to sort out is after submitting vet documents to Petpay, they said I have to now submit policy number to Met Life. I have no record of Policy Number.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our latest edition to our family. Luciana(now Maggie) is the perfect playmate to our Shih tzu. It was a little rough at first, but they love each other now! The process to get her was long, and I kept feeling like everyone was too nice, so it must be a scam! I wish there was more communication after our original purchase and her actual arrival, because that also fed into my scam thoughts. During the purchase, I chose the pick up option, but kept getting requests for the delivery cost, which due to unforeseen family issues, we ended up switching to the delivery option. The couple the delivered her to us were very kind and obviously loved little Maggie. I’m so happy now that she’s here, and love watching her grow and play and am in awe of how smart she is! Thank you for helping us add to our family!

I am very happy with my new puppy. However, process was cumbersome and rather complex. I never got straight answers about possible full grown size of my puppy. I also asked for birth certificate and never got it. The pick up process is weird and it was not properly explained. I have seen other online puppy pages that provide faster answers and the process is easier and more clear. Overall had an just ok experience with Pawrade.

My review is mixed. Most of the people I worked with at Pawrade were great. There was some back and forth though around getting any information on the pick up of the puppy. It seemed like a bit of a crazy process with a 2-4 day window. It makes it very difficult to plan for and I think it would make it a little bit easier if we at least could be told when the puppy is picked up from the breeder. Also, the puppy was delayed in coming to us because it had giardia and then was apparently cleared a few days later. When the puppy got to us, we immediately took it to the vet and they said she had giardia still and this was only a couple days later. I don't know if the right course of treatment was originally given for the giardia. At the end, the puppy did come and we are taking care of the giardia situation currently.

Everything went well as per the purchase of our new puppy. I received a lot of information and it was all very helpful. All the transactions went well too. Only two things stand out as perhaps possible issues. One was that we were not informed that every time a financial transaction took place, we would incur a $70.00 fee. We had garnered $50 off the purchase price and saved another $200.00 from a special Pawrade was running. But, all of that was absorbed by being charged $70 per transaction as there were three. One for the downpayment, one for the transportation, and one for the final payment. Had we known about the service fee for every transaction, we might have paid in full. The second item was the health evaluation. The dog was supposed to have been fully evaluated before being sent. When I took her to the vet within 72 hours as per the Health Guarantee, her stool sample came back positive for the parasite, Giardia. I would think this should have shown up on the initial evaluation

Great service. I liked knowing as a single female that I was picking up a puppy from a very safe breeder and home. No worries needed on the money transaction as pawrade handled all that. I will definetly use this site again and recommend to friends and family.

I love my new pup Maggie (formerly known as Chelsea) the ground transportation was great, communication was excellent except the pick up date was changed which caused us to not be able to get into a vet visit within 3 days so NO Insurance for our pup, she will see the vet in her 4th day

We had a great experience with Pawrade. The communication was fantastic and everything went extremely smooth. We love our new little fur baby, he’s a great addition to our family.

Overall the experience was very good; however the only thing which i was disappointed with is the travel journey. I was reassured multiple times that having the puppy fly American airlines with a 4 hr connection would be fine as the airlines take really good care of him & will make sure he has food/water & can go to the bathroom during the connection. Well, none of that happened - the puppy was dropped off at 5:10 am yesterday in Indianapolis airport for a 7:30 am flight to Philly, landed in Philly around 9:20 am and departed Philly for Orlando at 1:50 pm - we got him around 5:30pm from the AA cargo office. The crate had ties on on it & the airline said, yes they do that at the starting location so that nobody can get into the crate as it is a security thing so that the puppy doesn't get out. Then i asked if they would have given him food or water & they said, oh no, we don't give anything to the animals for liability purposes - we just take them on & off the plane.
