Love our puppy. Great temperament and personality. The reason for the 3 stars is the level of secrecy between the breeder and buyer. I was never able to speak to the breeder. I wanted to know is it a family home with kids. Potty training at all, etc. I want to know what I'm getting. Also wanted to ship some toys and blanket so she would feel at home in her new home. 99% was a canned response in a chat box. Driver showed up at 5am and was professional, but very fast drop & sign here take a pic with your dog and gone. Love the puppy, the process wasn't the most enjoyable or make you feel confident in your triple the price as a local breeder, but overall we are happy with the quality of the puppy and purchase

Great experience with Pawrade, everything from the purchase, contact over the phone and text message system, and delivery of my pet. I was skeptical at first going through an online service, but everyone at Pawrade made it comfortable, painless and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's on the fence about trying them out.

We absolutely love and adore both our puppy's but with your concern for their health, I was surprised when I found out my second dog came infested with parasites. I suspected something was wrong and it was confirmed when we took both puppies to the Vet. Now, after over a thousand dollars in vet bills because I had to treat both puppies for parasites they both are having side affects from the treatment and we are now having to clean up massive diarrhea from both puppies and this continues for three weeks so please don't tell me you have the dogs best interest it's a business and you are in business for money also the people who you got Tilly from I would really check them out again as I really don't think they have the best interest of the puppies in mind the people who you got Schwartz from seem to have really taken care of him. Again we love our puppies but really and I mean really question the breeders of Tilly would not buy from them again Thank you Jim and Anita Hartzel

T o be honest, We did not understand that she may have to ride in the truck that long (4 days). We may have made arrangements to come get her, but then that would violate the three days to get her to the vet. All in all it was great. The delivery guys were super nice and everything went smooth. Best of all we got the exact pup we wanted and she is perfect.

I'm so very pleased with my puppy who I renamed Roman. The transport team did a great job of keeping me updated with a eta. He is adjusting well to his new home.

The puppy is great and doing fine. Delivery was easy and smooth, but communication needs work. My messages were sent to my landline, so I never got them and didn't know until I got a nasty email saying that my contract was going to be canceled. So, because of that, i would give you a 6 out of 10 because that is a major and very basic mistake.

Pawrade has been quite the experience and I mean that in every positive way possible. Not to bash anyone but there's a website out there putting out false information about them and I'm here to clear all of that up. My dog is healthy , beautiful and the most precious gift I've ever had. I want to THANK pawrade for taking such good care of my baby throughout the entire process. I want to also give a thanks to the amazing breeders who worked hard in ensuring my precious baby girl was brought to me happy and healthy. Would 10/10 recommend pawrade! Thanks everyone!!

The experience was ok. Replies in the chat were pretty slow when it mattered (figuring out when I could go pick up the dog). Then there were too many separate texts and emails of really important information that made it hard for me to wrap things up at the end - it all needs to be consolidated into one spot with all of the links and instructions. The chat feature was nice overall though.
