I loved dealing with Pawrade when looking for my puppy! They were so courteous and helpful, and are really thorough and informative. The delivery was scheduled late, but I'm also 700 miles away. My mini Bernedoodle was well worth it! Teddy has the sweetest personality, and loves everyone. My delivery guys were outstanding! I found out after getting Teddy home, that my brother had also used Pawrade for his dog awhile back. I would recommend this site because they only deal with responsible breeders.

1st puppy (Rachael) that I choose her in house vet appt showed 2 issues that if I took her wouldn't be covered by the medical insurance. I chose to get another puppy (Skarlett) which I was told I would have her on Saturday 10/14 the distance from me to the breeder was 4 hours. I didn't receive my Skarlett until the 18th that was 5 days she was in transport. I had to cancel her 72 hr. vet check 3 times and my personal vet could not get her in till the following Tuesday. Now Pawrade won't honor the contracted health agreement. I was promised an explanation on the reason transport took so long but have never heard back. I would never recommend Pawrade.

Puppy was examined and is in excellent health. However, he is not eating enough and we've tried real fresh food and the food he was eating at the breeder. We are very pleased with the transportation service! They are great!

To be honest, we love our puppy but the experience starting from the reservation onward was very frustrating. First the dog we paid for was already "sold" (breeder mistake) and so we choose a sibling instead. It was a very disappointing mistake. Second it took days to hear what was happening regarding the health check and shipping. Third we have had zero contact from the breeder despite me asking questions. Our puppy was delivered via ground transportation and apparently learned that is ok to poop and pee in her crate. She is being incredibly difficult to potty train. We are experienced dog owners and this is not our first puppy. I reached out to the breeder via our messaging asking for info on any potty experiences in their care since she is almost 20 weeks old. I have had zero response. I would never have let her travel that way if I knew she would be allowed to use her crate as a bathroom for 3 days. Horrible experience. If my puppy wasn't a love - it would be a zero star for me.

Love, Love, Love my new Puppy (Twilight) now Gabby. Your staff was very accommodating and reassuring with my pesty phone calls. Dont know who rescued who, but my fur baby seems to be settling in.

My experience with Pawrade was amazing from start to finish! Everything went smoothly with the purchase and setting up the financing. I got updates often about my new puppy. The breeder was also very friendly and understanding when I opted to have my puppy delivered. I got updates and new puppy advice and was promptly informed when my puppy got a clean bill of health at the vet. The puppy transporter was very friendly and professional. My overall experience with Pawrade was great and I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to find their new family best friend! 5 stars for sure!

Getting our new puppy through Pawrade was a super smooth process. They were very attentive and great communicators. Allowing us to ask questions at each step. & Setting up a call with the breeder so we can get an understanding of our dog's energy and personality. Loved having the messaging app and the reminders of what we needed to do. It did not feel overwhelming as they took us step by step. Delivery was via Wags on Wheels & they sent tracking via Life360 app so it was fun to watch and see "yay, our puppy is in MN...yay he's just a few blocks away!"

Had a pretty bad experience. Pawrade hid the size of the dog I adopted despite knowing exactly how much she weighed when I first enquired. The dog I purchased was half the size of the standard for the breed, and her litter mates were all much larger. Further, it was like pulling teeth to get information. The poor pup looked like a stray when I picked her up and smelled terrible, like she hadn't had a bath in a very long time. She shows every sign of being from a puppy mill, not a reputable breeder. She didn't know what grass was, despite being 7 months old has has no "potty training" and won't venture out from her safe space without being alone in the room. We will love her through this and help her understand that she is safe now, but I'm def not done with pawrade or the breeder for the obvious cruelty.

Everyone at Pawrade was so helpful. I was worried about how he would do on his flight to his new home but he was happy when we took him out of his crate. We got lots of kisses and his tail was wagging like crazy. We have renamed him to Tucker. He is adapting very well with our other dogs. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to my friends.
