Elena (now Ella Grace) arrived as advised however her first bowel movement she had a bloody stool. She was taken to the Vet the vary next morning. Prato was ruled out but she had to be put on medication. Once again 1/8 cup of food was provided which was. It enough to transition her to a new food

Emerson is doing great! He is such a chill pup and already knows to go potty outside which is a BIG bonus. Buying through Pawrade was fairly easy. They walked us through the process from start to delivery. My only complaint is that for "hand delivery" the pups are delivered whenever the driver gets to your area which for us was 2am. While we love "Em" like a baby we figured for the fee you pay to have him hand delivered we might have had delivery at a more appropriate time.....lol.

Perfect service until the New Year Holiday disrupted our travel plans to pick up our pup. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, text, or email and did no know the results of the health certificate visit so delayed our 8 hour trip for hours. Otherwise I would give your team an A+ rating. Our pup, though much bigger than we anticipated, is a wonderful addition to our family. She had a lot of firsts yesterday: collar, lead, elevator, curbs, parking lot surface, snow, etc. she travels beautifully.

Pawrade handled everything. The only disappointment was not getting ahold of breeder till we received puppy. Wanted to contact the breeder to find out about potty training, toys or blanket to help make the transition easier. Now, the dog is fantastic my concerns were that of a nervous dad, because everything ended up fine. Thus 5 stars

From my first contact with Pam, who was wonderfully patient, through the receipt of my puppy today, the service and detailed instructions have been absolutely fantastic. Puppy arrived safe and sound. Vetted same day and all looks great. I highly recommend Pawrade.

We have our new fur baby. All went well until be got her home. Not bad but I have been emailing and adding stuff the chat we are in and asking if we have completing everything that was asked from us and have not heard anything back for a while. It just seems like as soon as they gave me the breeders info, they were done with us. This is why we only gave 4 stars but other than that it all went smoothly.

so so efficient and friendly and professional. we are taking our pup to the vet tomorrow for the the final phase the process. Mary is loving being here as much as we are loving having her. thank you to all you wonderful dog people!
I was thrilled in the beginning with the level of communication but once the puppy was paid for everything went downhill. I was unable to reach anyone for days. The puppy arrived a week ahead of schedule. My contact person Lois was out of the office more than in. I received several calls at 6 am then when calls were returned never heard back. Puppy arrived at 5am smelly and had Giardia. We love our puppy, and believe she will be a great addition to the family, but I was beyond disappointed and annoyed with the way the transaction went down
We are totally Smitten with Finley (formerly Brooke) We were very pleased with how we and Finley were handled throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for an addition to their family.

I love my minim= Bernadoodle puppy but my experience was not at all what I was led to expect. I was told that once the puppy was scheduled it would take 2 - 4 days for me to receive her. I had let everyone know that it was going to be a tight schedule because I was going to be leaving for a family visit in Charlotte, NC, on 11/22 - supposed to leave on 11/14 so breeder could have groomed the week before. - Puppy left on 11/15 one day after I called to check and did not arrive until 2AM on 11/21 -Puppy was not groomed nor did she arrive with food - I was able to get her groomed and vet checked before putting her on a flight at 7am to travel to Charlotte. - I asked to delay the trip until after the Charlotte trip and was told I would be charged $350 for boarding. - I was told 2-4 days and it took six. - I was told the 20 week old puppy would be groomed but she was not. - I was told she would come with a couple of days of the food she had been on but was given none.

We have gotten the cutest lil guy EVER thanks to PAWRADE!!! He is AMAZING!! It was a flawless experience from start to finish. I received my puppy all the way from Ohio!! He looked like he was treated like a king!! Im so happy with every aspect of my puppy purchase. THANKS TO ALL THE MOVING PARTS THAT MADE THIS HAPPEN SO SMOOTHLY!!!!

The whole process was great. For the most part everyone was very helpful and communicative - there were a few times after purchase that I needed answers to some questions and never got them but overall it was a good experience. I would highly recommend the site.

I loved dealing with Pawrade when looking for my puppy! They were so courteous and helpful, and are really thorough and informative. The delivery was scheduled late, but I'm also 700 miles away. My mini Bernedoodle was well worth it! Teddy has the sweetest personality, and loves everyone. My delivery guys were outstanding! I found out after getting Teddy home, that my brother had also used Pawrade for his dog awhile back. I would recommend this site because they only deal with responsible breeders.

1st puppy (Rachael) that I choose her in house vet appt showed 2 issues that if I took her wouldn't be covered by the medical insurance. I chose to get another puppy (Skarlett) which I was told I would have her on Saturday 10/14 the distance from me to the breeder was 4 hours. I didn't receive my Skarlett until the 18th that was 5 days she was in transport. I had to cancel her 72 hr. vet check 3 times and my personal vet could not get her in till the following Tuesday. Now Pawrade won't honor the contracted health agreement. I was promised an explanation on the reason transport took so long but have never heard back. I would never recommend Pawrade.

Puppy was examined and is in excellent health. However, he is not eating enough and we've tried real fresh food and the food he was eating at the breeder. We are very pleased with the transportation service! They are great!

To be honest, we love our puppy but the experience starting from the reservation onward was very frustrating. First the dog we paid for was already "sold" (breeder mistake) and so we choose a sibling instead. It was a very disappointing mistake. Second it took days to hear what was happening regarding the health check and shipping. Third we have had zero contact from the breeder despite me asking questions. Our puppy was delivered via ground transportation and apparently learned that is ok to poop and pee in her crate. She is being incredibly difficult to potty train. We are experienced dog owners and this is not our first puppy. I reached out to the breeder via our messaging asking for info on any potty experiences in their care since she is almost 20 weeks old. I have had zero response. I would never have let her travel that way if I knew she would be allowed to use her crate as a bathroom for 3 days. Horrible experience. If my puppy wasn't a love - it would be a zero star for me.

We are happy to have our puppy now. We used Pawrade to purchase our first puppy and had a good experience. This time was not very good. I thought there was a lack of communication between different reps. of Pawrade as well as between Pawrade and the breeder. It made it difficult for us to make plans to pick up the puppy. We drove from North Carolina to Indiana and back. I had to keep rescheduling time off from my employment. I think what upset us the most was when we were told we would get call backs from certain reps. and waited and that never happened. Some of your Reps were very responsive and some were not.
We have now gotten two puppies through Pawrade. It has been such a seamless experience and we are so happy with our growing family!
