Communication started off great but within the last week when trying to get my puppy home they weren’t great at communicating. I had to ask multiple times where my puppy was when I found out her flight got delayed. I also had to ask multiple times for them to send me the owner transfer form. Overall, I am happy with my puppy and she is healthy!

Overall, a great service. The puppy delivery team was AWESOME!!!! Mia was delivered safely, clean and happy. They did a great job communicating with us and were just wonderful. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to get their furbaby. However, the paperwork process needs to be streamlined and less confusing. There needs to be checklist to make sure everything is done efficiently. If they did that, I would have given them 5 stars.

From the moment I made contact with Pawrade until the delivery and follow up after I received my puppy, I cannot say enough about the staff I dealt time. They were well informed, talked me through concerns, answered any questions I posed in a timely manner, all in all very positive experience. I would certainly recommend Pawrade to anyone searching for their fur baby.
Pawrade was an amazing resource and support throughout the process of finding our puppy. They were resourceful and kept us updated throughout the exchange. Our puppy is now in his forever home and I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone interested in a new addition to their family.

Transaction was easy, lots of information given and repeated which made it easy to remember everything I had to do once I got my puppy. Pretty responsive when I had questions, although you do get passed around to different staff for different things and that was a bit confusing to know who I should reach out to at times and get the answers I needed in a timely manner (area of improvement). That being said, I traveled to get my puppy (14 hours one way, drove over night to avoid traffic and stayed at an Inn) so for me it felt that some of the information given was so last minute I was running around up until I had to leave. That wouldn't be the case if your puppy is being delivered. Over all the staff were helpful, pleasant, kind, and got the job done. Our new puppy has been home with us for 5 days and is healthy, happy, friendly, and even mostly potty trained. You can tell she was well taken care of!

The initial stages of the puppy purchase process were quite smooth. The company facilitated a Zoom call with the breeder, which was a positive touch. However, there's significant room for improvement in logistics and communication: 1. Lack of pre-travel update: They failed to contact me 24 hours before the puppy's journey, which left me unprepared and anxious. 2. No confirmation of puppy's well-being: I wasn't informed about the puppy's condition before or during travel, causing unnecessary worry. 3. Extended travel time: The trip took almost 24 hours longer than initially communicated. While I could text someone during this time, the delay was substantial and poorly explained. In summary, while the initial process showed promise, the company needs to enhance its travel logistics and drastically improve its communication with customers, particularly during the crucial delivery phase.

We had an extremely smooth and pleasant experience with Pawrade! We live in MN and got our pup in IN. Communications were clear from Pawrade and our breeder. We felt confident that our breeder was excellent and that the whole thing would be legit. We now have our puppy and are so happy!! :)
This was such an easy, smooth process. The team helped every step of the way until our pup was home. He’s adorable!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase of my precious puppy through Pawrade!! I chose her from the pictures listed on their website, sent in my interest in her, and from then until I was handed my new puppy on my front porch, everything was handled professionally and with great communication and personal concern for all of my questions and needed information! I was able to speak to the breeder and get my questions answered as well!! I highly recommend Pawrade and we absolutely LOVE our new puppy!!

I obtained timely and accurate information regarding my Bernidoodle from Tara. She was my constant 'go to' as the other person, Donna, only emailed me to tell me when she was unavailable to me. That occurred on two separate occasions. I received only one message from the transport person telling me that soon I would get delivery information. So, Tara was the consistent person available to respond to me. Ivan was informative and ready for us to pick up our puppy. He told me that my puppy, now Winston, would be around 35 lb. I saw the huge paws on this Fellow and hope Ivan is correct because my family is certain this pup will be 50 lb. or more. We will see. He is beautiful. now the training begins. Thank you all for making this experience a positive and constructive process. I will recommend others to use you. Thank you again.

I just want to say thank you to Pawrade for connecting me with this pup. Henry actually arrived a day earlier than expected. He arrived smelling good and I have been wondering what shampoo he used. His health report was good across the board and has been adjusting well. I'd say if you come across a pup you connect with reach out to the concierge and they will answer any questions you have. Thank you! 😊
