I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase of my precious puppy through Pawrade!! I chose her from the pictures listed on their website, sent in my interest in her, and from then until I was handed my new puppy on my front porch, everything was handled professionally and with great communication and personal concern for all of my questions and needed information! I was able to speak to the breeder and get my questions answered as well!! I highly recommend Pawrade and we absolutely LOVE our new puppy!!

I obtained timely and accurate information regarding my Bernidoodle from Tara. She was my constant 'go to' as the other person, Donna, only emailed me to tell me when she was unavailable to me. That occurred on two separate occasions. I received only one message from the transport person telling me that soon I would get delivery information. So, Tara was the consistent person available to respond to me. Ivan was informative and ready for us to pick up our puppy. He told me that my puppy, now Winston, would be around 35 lb. I saw the huge paws on this Fellow and hope Ivan is correct because my family is certain this pup will be 50 lb. or more. We will see. He is beautiful. now the training begins. Thank you all for making this experience a positive and constructive process. I will recommend others to use you. Thank you again.

The puppy is exactly what was seen on the site. He us sweet and fun and we are completely in love! Working with Pawrade was a great experience. They were timely in answering all my questions and made the process from choosing the pup through to delivery a seamless process. I just want to say thank you to Pawrade for connecting me with this pup. Henry actually arrived a day earlier than expected. He arrived smelling good and I have been wondering what shampoo he used. His health report was good across the board and has been adjusting well. I'd say if you come across a pup you connect with reach out to the concierge and they will answer any questions you have. Thank you! 😊

When he was dropped off, he was very lethargic . Within 24 hours, he had loose bowels. He's been trying to clear the parasites and he's on 2 medications and injected fluids for his dehydration. The vet thinks he probably got it during transport. Hopefully he will be better soon. We love him and hate to see him sick. We have another vet visit in 10 days, when the medication is completed.

Love our puppy. He is beautiful and sweet and smart. He greeted me at airport by transporting personnel. The only drawback was that he smelled awful, and urinated all over me when the exchange occurred. I bathed him yesterday and he is so soft and clean now.

The communication was lackluster. Tons of automated messages with very little communication back and forth. We were not told the NAME or location of our breeder until the morning of pick up. And when we requested to pick up from facilities, we were told that's not allowed. Seems sketchy for a site that preaches no puppy mills. Not to mention the sites listed puppy prices were nearly $500 more than our breeder site or others. Our breeder was excellent, this review is for Pawrade and PetPay only.

Pawrade staff is fabulous. My puppy arrived dirty,smelly, and scared to death. She is finally doing well. Our Vet said she was well, at her 72 hour check. We absolutely love our Bisbee 💕
