When he was dropped off, he was very lethargic . Within 24 hours, he had loose bowels. He's been trying to clear the parasites and he's on 2 medications and injected fluids for his dehydration. The vet thinks he probably got it during transport. Hopefully he will be better soon. We love him and hate to see him sick. We have another vet visit in 10 days, when the medication is completed.

I think it’s wonderful how you have kept the communication going about Laney. From the first time I inquired about her until i received her at home.
Bree was amazing. She was knowledgeable and caring. The puppy Ruby came to me in perfect happy condition. What a sweet little well adjusted fur baby. The company is excellent to deal with.

It’s been a smooth transition for Heathrow he was a little traumatized when he got here but has adjusted to his new surroundings
Only thing that would make our experience better would have been better communication on when our puppy would arrive. He has been a great addition to our family and thank you for your services

Love our puppy. He is beautiful and sweet and smart. He greeted me at airport by transporting personnel. The only drawback was that he smelled awful, and urinated all over me when the exchange occurred. I bathed him yesterday and he is so soft and clean now.

The communication was lackluster. Tons of automated messages with very little communication back and forth. We were not told the NAME or location of our breeder until the morning of pick up. And when we requested to pick up from facilities, we were told that's not allowed. Seems sketchy for a site that preaches no puppy mills. Not to mention the sites listed puppy prices were nearly $500 more than our breeder site or others. Our breeder was excellent, this review is for Pawrade and PetPay only.

Pawrade staff is fabulous. My puppy arrived dirty,smelly, and scared to death. She is finally doing well. Our Vet said she was well, at her 72 hour check. We absolutely love our Bisbee 💕

Went very smoothe and was very informed througout the process . The only thing that was frustring was we an airport everyone flys out of an hr away and an even larger airport 3 hrs away and we had to drive 6 hrs and get a hotel room . But we absolutely love him

Pawrade is a very thorough company. Very efficient. Only hiccup I had was in finding out exactly when he was on his way once everything was complete. But it was so exciting seeing the transport person bring him up the front walkway! We just love him. Our grandson, who Is autistic and needed someone to call his own and take care of, just loves him!❤️
Love our new dog!!! She is precious!! She got here at midnight so that was a bummer. Didn't get to play much before bed. However this morning is priceless!!!

Working with Pawrade was awesome. The employees were available every step of the way and I received great photos and video while waiting for our new family member. I would definitely use this company again.
Using pawrade was the best decision I ever made! I was so impressed with the communication, how personal they took each purchase and guaranteeing that my puppy would get to me safe and sound. I highly recommend this site to find your forever friend. I found mine!

I love the delivery crew that was used! They kept me informed during entire trip and, they took the time to bathe her before they delivered her to me! Awesome! I love her (renamed Belle Starr as she is a cute thief!)

Oh my gosh, I am so pleased with my whole experience with Pawrade! From their website when viewing the puppies available to my phone conversation with Chip in customer service, financial services, Emily in transportation and Alyssa in healthcare to the transport company, it was all so smooth! All of this transpired over the holiday season and the monumental winter weather event that traversed the country, nothing stopped the arrival of our new fur baby. Trixi, formally known as Emily, has been a delight. You can tell that she came from a good place and was very happy and well socialized. We are looking forward to many happy years with Trixi, thank you all! 💗🐶
